What on the menu today??

Yep it's time to come forward and take accoutability....LOL
Doing this earlier today....trying to get you all motivated....goodness knows that I need it....LOL

plans for the day....
B~~ Bananna.....and going to try protein shake today....trying to narrow out the problem...
L~~ refried beans with cheese and some sf peaches
S~~ sf peanut butter cookie....yea i know not a soft but will need something to get the energy level going around 3ish
D~~ its Friday and we always go out to dinner so dont know yet....will edit later
LNS~~ going to do a protein something or other...

Ok peeps....get a going....I cant wait to see what all of you have con****ed for the day...

so far today..
pills and 16oz of water  6am
7am  protein coffee.
16oz of water
10am  banana and 16 ozof water
noon--- slice of deli ham and slice of hot cheese rolled up
1pm 16oz water
2pm 16 oz water , and a bowl of home grown watermelon
3pm  protein smoothie.
6pm supper   grilled chicken thigh-- home made salsa over it bowl of home grown yellow tomatoes oh man good... 1/3 cup of brown beans.
couldnt eat all of supper so saved it and finished it about 8pm....
Joe made him some Cho Chip cookies after supper and the smell was so so good i had to have one little bite, about 1/8 of a cookie i would guess.
i am commiting to writing everything down that i am eating in a days time ...i am determined to find out why i dont lose any more weight. when others do...is it just the aerobic exercise that i dont get?

Do you warm up your ham too or just the cheese?? LOL
You sure are getting tha****er in girl....good going!!
Your making me want some watermelon....but dont dare for the time being....oh well a girl can wish....

Here goes:
bfk.  pills, peanut butter toast, small tomato  *yummy*]
snack:  protein coffee
lunch:  cabbage , hamburger casserole - small dish
snack(afternoon) glass milk
supper:  baked and some kind of veg - maybe a salad


snack PM) protein bar and glass milk


water inbetween (actually I put crystal lite in bottles of water)     Have a great day

Hey my Angelett....how you doing girl...hope your doing good. Let me know the next time you in the "burg" will do lunch K??

Your tomato sound yummy.....But Dr. H said "nothing from the gardens for now"......Im missing my cucumber and tomatoes.....Have had one every night since they started coming into season.....they'll be out of season by the time I get to have one again.....
Your menu look good too....keep getting that protein in....

My New Favorite thing right now and I can't believe I'm writing this is Papaya... I have gotten some heavenly ones at Wal~Mart the past couple of weeks.... oh my gosh they are sooo soooo soooo sweet!  You know like when you get a perfect really juicy really fresh peach!  Oh boy if I let myself I could eat a half a dozen of those papayas every day and I never liked them before?

We went out this week for Paul's birthday to Colton's and I did not order anything just had a little bit of each of the girls and Paul's meat it was so much fun ... I had smorgasbord!!! ~tee hee  granted it was only a few bites total but boy was it alot of fun to have that good food and not even have to order a meal.  Yippee  and I was stuffed when I got done with a bit of each one!!!!  Oh Glory!!!!  Who'd a ever thunk it!!!  I had way more fun  than all of them put together!! And they didn't even miss the bite that they would of had. It was GREAT!!!

Only me... would get so excited about not having to buy a meal and coming out FULL!  I'm a mess! ~tee hee
