what's everyone eatting today????
Ok everyone....lets get this board a rock'en again.....I know its summer and are busy....but we have to eat....so what's ya been eating today???
Im on softs for awhile til they find out whats going on with me....been eatting really good, but then all of the sudden (well for about a week now) cant keep anything in....go's right in and come right back out.... and the weight just keeps falling off..Went and seen Dr H today and going to do some cultures...Ya know what I mean....to see if I picked up a perisite from the fresh garden food that I have been eatting.....
So I dont have much to post for food....but you all should.....

Hey Cor, I hope they figure out what's going on with you and get you fixed up. ;)
Breakfast: Muscle milk in mocha latte ( like a dork I ran out of Click and haven't got my new order yet, I hope tomorrow)
Lunch: half of a trukey and cheese roll up with spicy mustard, a no sugar added sweet pickle and a few baked chips
Snack: Oh Yeah protien wafers in vanilla peanutbutter
Dinner: cottage cheese and peaches, then later like right now HAHA I'm having a piece of turkey and cheese
I'm going to have some milk tonight with my viatmins. Have you tried Hoods Calorie countdown milk? Its good and it has like 3 grams of sugar.

Sound like your having a good day with eating....Where did you find the no sugar add pickles? Hum will have to check on that....something with a little crunch will do me good....
Yes I hope so too....been trying so hard to get the food in and now this...but go figure, just my luck...bright side is have dropped another size and the scales are where I would have never thought they would be....No I havent tryed the carb countdown...I cant find it here in this little town...but will look in the city next time I get up there...
