WHATS HAPPENING WEDNESDAY

WELL  im not real sure what is happening lol i cant get my post to transfer from WORD to here this morning and as you all know i have done it a thousand times....a little  box keeps comming up when i try to paste it on here that says my security settings for my browser wont allow it and that i have to paste it in this little box . WtHAT?????? does that mean ?? i havent a clue... but any way this will have to surfice.

we have someone coming to see the house this morning around 10....pray that this is the person....ok
I have an appointment with Dr. Hawes at 2:30 to get an appointment to get the pani cut off lol

after that gets partial well im going to go get an appointment to get my left knee done....tired of all of this...
wow im so stuffed up this mornring that i feel like i have my head in a bucket....and when i get it unstuffed well then its drip drip drip.....dont have anything in the house to take but nose sprays which work pretty good. but will get something when we go out

well since im so late and cant access my post that i had all done up , im going to go ahead and get this posted and you all tell me all about your day you have planned.

  you are going to be a good looking chick!   You will feel better too.  I have thought about it but decided I dont want to go under the knife again.  And this is not even a good time for me.  Hope you get your house rented.  Sounds like the size house I need.  But we are also in the country here.  I would like to downsize and move to a small apt, but hubby want to stay here.  Have a great day.  Colette

Colette i dont know how good looking i will be you know when we get to a certain age we settle  sometimes to not scaring the little kids lol ...but i know i will feel better that is for sure  .i too have put it off so long because i didnt want to have any more  . but the knee is a must and i just want the tummy gone.   oh wouldnt we have fun if you would come down and live in my rental house. Good morning everyone!  I think hot and humid is back but it is August in MO.

Jan, aren't computers annoying at times.  They're great when everything works right but when they don't, so irritating.  Hope your prospective renter shows up and is just what you're looking for.

Last night I went to the gym to do my program on my own.  The trainer was supposed to make changes to my program but he didn't.  The bike is set way too difficult for me but I was able to adjust it.  He was to remove all the weight exercises for the shoulder but didn't.  The treadmill starts at 2.8 MPH and an incline.  It startles me when it takes off so fast.  I adjusted it to start slowly and go up to 2.5 but at the end it jumps to 3.8 MPH and I nearly fell.  The only cardio equipment he has me on is the treadmill.  I may just do my own program with the treadmill, bike and eliptical.

Tonight I'm going to get my sewing area organized so I'll ready to sew this weekend.

oh my gosh Jo i do believe this laptop  with Vista is of the devil.   dont know if it is the laptop or is  vista...which ever i know sometimes i want to throw it out the window. vista is sort of like OH to me they keep fixing things that arent  broken lol ....
did you get your sewing room set up ? that sounds like a dream place.....i know you will have a ball there.

 Heat and humidity, August in the midwest, what more can I say. I am heading to hot Atlanta tomorrow to see my sister. Going by myself this time. DH will be home doing yard work. He is ready to downsize I think. Yesterday he said I am moving to Texas or SC. I think its just getting to hard for him to keep up with it all and he thinks its all or nothing.

Our garden is crazy. The weeds took over the beets and they are goners. Over half of the summer squash turned out to be some other kind of squash and it is growing like its on steroids. I do not even know what kind it is. I thought it was watermelon at first. Dh wants to pull them all up. They are covering about twenty feet and still growing.We have gotten only two pots of yellow squash so far.I have decided the expensive earth pots are not good for growing veggies at all. They just grow a few inches and stop. I guess I do not have a green thumb.

Susie  do you think the green squash could be zucchini? they are good to cook just like you do the yellow squash or you can make relish out of them or grate them up and make breads and muffins. ...i bet that is what they are if they are growing like crazy...lol they do that. Take one of them down to the groc. store to the produce guy and ask them if that is what it is? 
DH wants to go to Texas or SC???? both of those places are hot too. lol  and  humid.....
have a good trip to see your sister....i just saw one of mine today(Sugar) it is always good to be with sis isnt it.

What a great day!  My dad is HOME! YAY!  He feels great and I'm so happy everything turned out ok.  Yesterday was the longest day but funny too.  I called him before I went up there to see if I could bring him anything and I said dad its going to be a great day I made it to under 200 lbs and he said that awesome and I pooped HAHAHAHAH!  Oh my it was funny, get excited about poo.  So next Friday he has to have his gallbladder out and then he should be good to go.  Thanks so much for the well wishes and prayers, they really did help.  I hope everyone has a great evening! ;) Lou

  I know what you mean about Vista... I just got a new laptop and it has Vista also and it doesnt like me much... lol. I will be looking forward to hearing or seeing what you think about your consult. I know of him, through a few ppl that had surgery done by him. I have heard some bad things though... So, I am a little leary... But, I am not sure how many options I have with me having Medicare and Medicaid? I am researching and searching for all the surgeons in the area. I am wanting to get a breast reduction and pani. I think when I am ready, I will be able to have both as long as the medical coverage doesnt change. I had FF cup size and I am now down to a 38D. I am feeling so much better!! I was 26/28 and I am in 12's now. I am almost a year out, so I am losing slowly, but I am working on toning up and I am very happy and know that I am blessed to have come this far. I am walking alot and I am working out with our weights here at the house and I am joining CURVES with a friend. She got 2- 2 month memberships and she is sharing one with me so that I can help motivate her :) I cant wait until we start!! I am starting to blab so I will end now. I hope everyone is good !
