Precious Linda Lou passed away yesterday morning

I know I don't post much anymore but I just had to let my friends know that we lost Precious yesterday morning.  She passed away from heart failure.  We had just taken her to the vet an hour before.  She had an enlarged heart and had been on heart medication for about 6 months now.  Well, her lungs started filling up a couple days ago.  The vet gave her a shot of lasix(sp) to help the fluids.  She sent us home with more heart medication and pills for the fluid.  She told us that we might have to make a really hard decision with the next week.  I guess God was merciful because He took her and we didn't have to make that decision. 

I cannot tell you now precious she was to all of us.  David bought her for me when my favorite aunt, Aunt Lou, passed away on 7/11/2000 at the age of 48 from a massive heart attack.  It's ironic that the same thing that took Luke also took my little girl.  She was a great comfort to me as well as to David when his Mother passed away in 2003.  She actually had become a Daddy's girl.  So please pray for my husband as well, he seems lost without her.

I love all of you and do read the posts daily and pray for all your needs.  I'm sorry I haven't been posting...just dealing with a lot here.  David is still unemployed so continue to pray for him to find a job.  I'll start substitute teaching here in a few weeks so that will help with our income.  I know God's in control but right now I am very discouraged.

Golly! I'm sorry to hear about Precious!  I know you will truly miss her... she WAS "precious" indeed!

I can only imagine her "active" companion won't know what to do with out her?

Know that I will be lifting you and David both before the throne asking the Lord to fill both of your cups to overflowing!

Oh sweet Debbie, Im so sorry for your loss and I know that because of who she was in memory of makes it even harder. God will see you thru tho.

I think of you often and lift you to the Lord. Dont stay discouraged. God loves you.

Debbie I'm so sorry to hear of the loss of your fur baby.  They touch our hearts like nothing else with the unconditional love.  I know she had a wonderful life and you will have a life time of great memories.  ;) Lou
