What Is Happening Thursday
Good morning everyone.hope everyone is having a good week soo far.the weekend is almost here.hard to believe sat is august the first already.over half a year gone.did anyone else get any rain yesterday.my sister in law went to country mart and she said it rained there for a few minute's hard.we just had a lot of black sky's here where we live.jan your new picture really does look good.please let us know what the doctor had to say when you go on wednesday.
jo you are doing great with your weight loss.we know you feel soo much better.it is a good feeling when people say how good you are looking.
dying to be thin you just talk on here as much as you want to.we all ramble time to time.like jan said you may need a b-12 shot.my husband and i take one once a month and also take a super b complex once a day.we take the calcium with vit d but i to start taking the calcium without vit d.the last time my lab's were done my vit d was too high.hope we get to meet you sometime.

Good Morning All...
Boy did I see a simply beautiful sunrise this morning as I was out walking... don't really know how much good the walking has done the last few days as I'm slower than a snail right now. This head/chest cold is wanting to hang on and I seem to drag... but I'm just stubborn enough that I'm not going to break my record if I absolutely can help it and so far I'm on track. Cleaned off the porch this morning when I got back from my walk and swept the sidewalks... feel like I have done a whole days work! ~ha My lung capacity seem to be nil right now... oh well I guess I got off real easy all winter not getting any kind of yuck. Am hoping I will get better soon.
Yep... Susan it is a full time job around here keeping this family of mine in line! They ALL have minds of their own! ~tee hee I have enjoyed having the girls home this summer!
Susie I am thinking about that new avatar picture... I seen Jan posted a new site to re-size the pics will have to give it a whirl.... I think the pic I want to use is on Jo's camera... will have to check into that soon.
