Never too old to learn or re-learn!!!
I have been struggling with hunger over the past few months. I have pushed it off as being 2 1/2 years out from surgery, natural nutrient absorption coming back, etc. Today as I was getting my lunch out of the frig at work it dawned on me (thank you Jesus) that I am drinking as I eat and right afterward. Could that possibly be part of the problem - since I know that's a rule and have just let it slip back into my habits. I'm going to start right now and not drink 30 min before and 30 min after meals and let you all know if it helps - I believe it will. It's so easy to fool ourselves into thinking we are normal.
Love you all.

Lana when I was always hungry I was drinking with my meals and so forth. When I stopped doing that, now I try my best not to drink 30 mins before a meal and 30 sometimes 45 mins after a meal I do stay full longer, it really does work. It's so easy to just drink with our meals without even thinking about it like you said. You'll find a difference when you dont drink with your meal and so forth. Let us know how your making out.
