I'm not a fan of these.
I bought some MBT shoes which are similar, only even MORE expensive, because I was desperate dealing with back/foot pain and also am a nurse working 12hr shifts, other people at work had raved about them, so i went for it and spent the $240!!!
I tried and tried to get used to them, but only found I was having WORSE pain. This was when I was over 300lbs, and perhaps they just didn't support me well enough, within about a month I had worn out the sides already, I got lucky and sold them on ebay for $100.
Ironically since losing 150lbs, I rarely have foot pain and occasional back pain, and I wear nothing but crocs at work now.
You can check out the MBT website, as well. http://us.mbt.com/
I just got mine today!!!! I read sooo many reviews on them I decided to give them a try for my back pain.
I got mine on Kohls website last week. They were 110 on sale for 105 and I found a 30% off code so they were abound 75. I got a 9 1/2 and a 10 because I didnt know what size to get and I can always take the one that doesnt fit back.
None of the stores around me had any in stock, they said people were buying them the day they came in! Sketchers is having a hard time keeping them in stock too. I am going to wear them around the house for a couple days and see how they feel. My mom go the Mbl's and she didnt like them. She wishes she had of gotten the mens size so they were wider BUT my sister got an expensive pair and she loves them. I guess unfortunelty you just have to try them out. Maybe www.onlineshoes.com will get them soon. Their policy is you can wear them for 30 days and send them back if you dont like them. I will try and post back here next week and tell you what I think!
