What Is Happening Saturday
Good morning everyone.hope everyone is having a good weekend soo far.my brother and his family made here around 400pm yesterday.sure is nice having them here.it is calling for rain off and on today but supposed to be nice tomorrow and sunshine.
jan we will see you sometime today.andy will come with my sister in law and i.i want to take her to the resale shop there in cedar creek.my brother and are going fishing.then after that we will meet some where.
jo did you get your sewing room ready yet?wish i could sew more like you.i do not make a lot of thing's but my brother make's baby blanket's and other kind's of blanket's all the time.
susie there sure is a lot of walking at silver dollar city.i sure am glad i can walk better now.the food price's are too high there.the cheaper pork rind's at walmart are just as good.i like the one's at country mart.they have 4 different kind's.i like the salt and vig one's the best.
pooh bear how is your new porch coming along?we know you will be glad when it is ready.how was your shopping trip with nikki.you sure can find a lot of bargin's at some of those place's.
cor you sure are losing weight.we would not know you either.we know you were ready to get home.6 day's is a long time to be at your job.we sure do lose weight when we dont think we are.
craig sure good to see you on here.cong on your weight loss.sometime's weight does come off slow but you will get the rest off.that sure was a nice picture book you made of you and jan.

Hi there Susan and OH Peeps,
I thought I would pop in and say hi real quick. Its 2 am, and I am tired, but boy, o- boy, this PAIN......but, I didnt get on here to whine-its just the reason Im up and havent had a good sleeping pattern for quite some time. It seems like every single time I go to the doc for one thing-they find something else that MUST get taken care of-or ????-but surely, but slowly, its all coming around! At least I hope so! Its starting to wear me down, really! I HATE feeling like this, like I CANT be healthy, you know? Anyway.......
I got to see the kids-all my kids in the same room-same house today. Megan had a purse party and Stephanie was there....I took the boys with me-and got to see the lil' princess too-does it get much better than that?
Stephanie has already gotten a promotion! She is moving into her own place-her own apartment the first of the month too-its going so well for her!!! I am sooo proud of her! I am going to be giving her a house warming party, the kid has nothing but a set of dishes-LOL.....thank goodness I havent had that huge garage sale yet-she feels like she is at a store when she looks at the stuff. haha.....anyway, I want her to have some new stuff, but its always fun to start out, remember? Her apartment comes with a washer/dryer combo and has a gym and a pool. I sure hope that they get good neighbors-its a pretty big complex.
Megans doing good in school, but she did switch to the night school class vs. the day time, due to scheduling-just works out better for her and their schedule. She seems to really really like it-Im so glad!
Lil Princess-has 2 teeth already and a definite personality. I bought her a little inflatable pool, she loves it! Of course, we have the inground-but I wanted her to have something of her very own at her house-and she just gets in and kicks her feet and hands-love it-and she has the cutest bathing suit EVER!!!
The boys are doing good. We have been gardening and we have been working on making a "fort" out of wood. Like a treehouse, but not in the tree! I couldnt do the tree house....Im sure having fun with them, tho. To be honest with you, except for an occasional day here and there-Im going to hate to see them go to school in a couple of weeks. I have really been enjoying my time with them! Jon is getting so big and now when he comes up and says Mommy, I love you-out of the blue, it takes me by suprise-time just flys by and it seems like hes not my little man anymore! That stinks for sure! Hes still a sweetheart-just getting big. I hope he never gets too big for me to tuck him in at night, or papoose-as we call it-thats when I will really feel it!!!
Well, Mikes got a National RC race tomorrow. 2 classes. Renee and her man, Larry are coming-I LOVE when Mikes got a race-because I get to see Renee-because Larry comes, he is into the RC car thing too.......so I get to watch Mike race-and visit with Renee, it doesnt get much better than that! LOL.....
I have to tell you-her grandson (my co-grandson-lol) IS A DOLL!!!! Oh my gosh! I am in love with that little boy! It was sooooo good to see Kala and Lee too! Noah looks like both of his parents-but Ive got to say, that Kala is such a good lil mommy! Motherhood suits her to a T! Im so very happy for her! I am going to HATE to see them go back. I wish they would stay! All I know is that before they go home, we have to get those 2 beautiful grandchildren together and get pics of them! We have the best of both worlds-the boy and girl-and we are doubly blessed with daughters that allow Renee and I to be blubbering idiots around these little ones! They seem to understand our obsession with these little ones and dont try to make us feel guilty. We just get that look like- we expect that! LOL...... I cant wait till you guys get to see him-hes as perfect as Mackenzie!
The wedding was beautiful-the bride was breath taking... But, Ive got to tell you-Renee was stunning! I really cant wait until she posts pics. I know she has them on facebook-but I havent been on that site yet to see them. I was there tho, so I know how beautiful she was (is all the time, but last Sat-she was SA-MOKIN' hot!) Larry even pouted when she changed out of the dress! Im glad the wedding hub-bub is over tho-cuz it was so emotionally draining on the bride (and her mother.....and then subsequently me.....) anyway-it was beautiful, but Im glad its over....now maybe the rest of the year will go without anymore major events. Im hoping and praying anyway. No more graduations, no more weddings (we have to help plan etc-), no more funerals, no more surgeries (o, forget that one-) Just no more major major stuff........
Well, Peeps, Im going to get off here and see if I can sleep yet. I dont think so-but I have just taken some pain meds and I am praying that it will loosen my back up enough to let me rest! Im so very glad to see everybody when I got on here! Im praying for Peggy and for Sugar.. Hope they are better soon! As well as for Debs mom.... and Deb-
I hope I can see you guys on Monday-Im hoping to-but I cant promise anything.....Im not sure yet-but I hope so. Would love to see Barb and Brenda-although I will miss seeing Susan!

Rain was forecasted but we didn't get any. The day started out cloudy but the sun came out. It's warm but the humidity is staying down.
I'm down another 2 lbs., makes 4 the last 2 weeks. I'm just thrilled. Yesterday my jeans were loose so I knew I was down. I went to the thrft shop and spent $16.50 on a pair of jeans, pair of capris, slacks and a skirt.....size 12!! Maybe I'll wear the tag on the outside. Back in the 70s I lost about 50 lbs. lbs. on WWs and wore a size 12 for about 30 minutes. I love the bargains at the thrift store. I would have spent more than $16.50 on just a pair of slacks at a department store.
We worked in the garage and got the floor tile down. What a difference that makes!! I'm about ready to set up scrapbooking. I won't move my sewing out there until I'm sure the space can heated well enough.
I got a box of Carbquick and made blueberry muffins. Very good. If you're not familiary with Carbquick, it like Bisquick but low carb, 2 net carbs per serving.
