Circle Of Friends Support Group Meeting July 27!
Circle of Friends Support Group Meeting Monday July 27! Springfield Library Center! 6:30-8:00pm bring friends!  I'm Lou, Jan asked me to take over the meetings for a few months so she could have a break. I'm trying to plan some stuff for the meetings. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.  This month PROTEIN! Samples galore! I've got bars, drinks, snacks, if its protein I got it! Come and taste test see what you like.  Want a tummy tuck? NO I can't give you one, but Brenda Nutt can tell you all about having one. Brenda is going to have photos and tell us all about having an abdminalplasty other wise known as a tummy tuck! I can't wait to see her results!  I hope to see everyone there! If anyone has questions just let me know! ;)

On a side note I went into the Healthy weight supermarket today where I buy alot of my protien and the owner was there. He's really nice and I told him I was buying alot of different things for our support group meeting so that we could try some different things and he said he would love to come bring samples of protien drinks and bars to try! OMG! How nice of him. He said he would bring the price list and the list of items he carries. They can be bought at his store or ordered online! I'm so excited! I'm going to bring a few things he doesn't carry, but WOW how nice! ;) Lou
