YAY....3 years out!!! Praise God. What an awesome 3 years it has been. July 24th.

of course i like it , what a surprise.....thank you very much and congrats on your 3 year anniversary , mine will be here before long, i cant believe it has been 3 years already can you? i said to Joe the other day that it would soon be 3 years since i had surgery and he didnt believe e lol ...time sure did fly lol i have an appointment with Dr. Hawes on August 5th  will make an appointment then for surgery to take off the loose skin on the bel ly....cant wait. and as soon as that gets well i will do my other knee , i have put it off too long.....YIPPEE WAY TOGO CRAIG......MY INSPIRATION. ....
