Just got back from dr appt.Had to get refills,have b-12 drawn again and had pictures of my huge bruise on my belly from where daughter n law kicked me.LOL .Only had pic done because she
filed charges on me.But anywho in may when i went to dr i weighed on their scale 208.. Drumroll please.............. Today was 193
I am so very excited
. I thought i had quit loseing.Scales at home dont weigh right so i don't weigh often they depress me LOL.I really wanted to get to 130 but i will take what i get and if i don't make it i will be happy.
I can wear size 16 juniors. Elastic waist but they are comfy not tight.So i am very pleased. Down from a 28 and i can wear large and xlarge shirts instead of 4x.My health is much better and i can do things i havent done in years.I would probably do better if i got in enough protein but am so tired of the drinks.Click is about the only thing i can tolerate now.I have jugs of banana cream ,fresh cinnamon bun,choc/coconut candy bar and strawberry milkshake all from synthrax, that i will never use.So if any of you would like any of it just let me know.Protein powder has been given a new home.Thanks and hope you enjoy it.It is really good but i just can't drink it anymore.

If you go to the syntrax website you can email them and ask to have them send you some samples.They sent me some when i first started, there are other sites also.I have gotton quite a few samples by just emailing them telling them i'm a gastric bypass pt and was wondering if they could send me some samples to try. Before i bought a big container to just find out i may not like it. The cheapest i have found is the body fortress from walmart. I used the vanilla .You can spice it up with anything. I seen your post about your labs,Hope you can get them in normal range.But i know nothing about labs.When i have a question i just email my nut.She is very helpful.I do know that setting in the sun for at least 20 min a day will help with your vit d along with your suppliment.
I just looked and if you go to freshstart/protein.com ask for a sample they will send you a 2.8 oz bottle of wildberry liquid protein 42gms of protein.also go to bendsupplements.com.ask for samples they sent me psychotic strawberry and chocolate attack each sample is 2 scoop sample 47 grams of protein just mix with water or milk. There are more places out there ya just gotta look and ask.Good luck.
