WHATS HAPPENING TUESDAY

Monday was another beautiful day but, they are saying that it is suppose to start getting hot again. OH NO. we have had our windows open and a/c off for two days. But I guess Tuesday is suppose to be 88 and then on up from there .

 

Andy and Susan came down and cleaned the house and brought the key....i sure wish they would have stayed here but it wasn’t meant to be I guess. At least they were here when we needed a renter and we were here for them...just hope our next renters will be as sweet of people.  

 

We got my new iris bed ready today. Did a lot of watering since we haven’t really had much rain.  Garden is doing great. I got 4 ripe tomatoes out of it today. All huge with no end rot no blemishes at all. I need to spray them again ....

Lowes called and said our pressure washer was ready..so we will go tomorrow and get that and then get some of the things we need to start doing some of the things we need to do on the rental that we didn’t get done before Andy and Susan moved in....

Big thing is insulating the laundry room and putting up sheetrock in there.  It is insulated but not well enough for it being off the back of the house , and being on the north side too.

 

Well im up for the day it is now 4am....i cant sleep anymore, my shoulders or arm woke me up bot of them sound asleep and I was lying on my back , don’t understand that ...except that there is a place in the center of my back that is really sore , must have a pinched nerve there. Need to make an appointment with the chiropractor

 And see if she can get it straightened up and if not go see Sugars massage girl.

 

Speaking of Sugar she has to be at the airport at 4:30 this morning to leave for her trip to Costa Rica....Please keep her in your prayers please for the next week that she will have a great trip with wonderful results that they can see , and that she will be safe. ..Love you little sister....take care.

 

Barb you have be all excited now about coming down the last week end of this month....I cant wait.  Hopefully nothing will happen to stop it this time. Tell your husband to be careful lol .

Im glad to hear that Baby is back to normal now lol and doesn’t have to be carried out to do her business.

 

Peggy are you back home yet? How are you doing. I know you are going to have surgery on the 23^rd, I will be praying that all goes well for you and will feel so much better afterwards. Will be praying for you .

Susie, i just had to laugh about your hired girl ....hey i will come to work for you to pull weeds if i can stay in the house and raid your refrigerator . lol maybe you arent mean enough, when she comes to work tell her what you expect of her and when she gets breaks . do you have flower beds or something on the hill side, that you are having to pull weeds out of?  looking forward to seeing you on the 27th at the support meeting.

 

Well going to get this online , maybe someone will respond to something. The board sure has been quite this week.....maybe everyone misses Susan. I know I do too.

Jan, We planted spreading junipers and put bark on the hill because its so hard to cut it. There is a row of some kind of red flower ground cover along the top. We let it go and even though we used landscape fabric under the bark the weeds have taken over. Its just hard on my fake knees standing on the hill . I went out yesterday and helped her some and showed her what I wanted but she is only 14 so I know it won't be perfect. DH says every weed she gets is one less for us to pull.
I do not think I am going out there today. There are biting bugs out there too.
Its supposed to be hot the rest of the week so stay cool everyone.

Hey Everyone,

We are sitting here at McDonalds using their Wifi, if you buy a drink you get a coupon for one hour of free Wifi, its pretty good deal except the smell is making me kind of sick lol.  This is the first time we've been into a McD's since Susan's surgery, dont think we'll be coming back any time soon lol. 

We finally got all moved and Jan's house cleaned, hopefully good enough.  We were sitting in our new place last night already missing Jan and Joe and rebel, he's our walking buddy, its kind of quiet at the new place, no one else to talk to lol.  Guess we'll have to get out and meet the neighbors sometime. 

We get the cable/phone/internet hooked up on thursday so maybe it wont be so quiet around there lol.  Its gonna take some time to get it all unpacked and in place I guess, but we'll get there. 

I had a WOW WOW moment over the weekend.  With all the moving and running around and lifting and stuff I lost a few more pounds, I am now BELOW 300 lbs.  Today I am 298.1  w00t w00t I can't remember the last time I was  below 300, prolly about 18 - 20 yrs ago, boy is that a good feeling.  Susan is almost there too, she will be below 200 lbs in a few days i expect,  today she weighs 205 lbs, she is doing so good, wish I had done that well when I first had the surgery.  I am so thankful for this surgery and how it has made us both so much healthier, we are finally living our lives the way God has intended, isnt i so wonderful.

***Jan*** Ya dont know how much we miss being around there already.  Susan and I both were sitting out on the deck last night planting the tomatoe plants in the buckets and were saying how thankful we are for all you and Joe did for us and for the oppurtunity to live down there, you dont know how much it has meant to us and how you have helped the both of us stay on track, we can't thank you both enough.  Dont think you've seen the last of us cuz we'll be down there to visit ya, we gotta see our walking buddy and of you and joe of course lol. 

Be sure to holler at us when Barb visits ya, we'll come down and see you all. Im so excited to see everyone at the group again. 

We'll I better post this and get busy, only have an hour of free access lol.  Got tons to do at home anyway.  Everyone stay cool, its spose to get hot again.

GREAT JOB ANDY!!!! I'm very excited for you!  I know what you mean about being smaller...I'm getting ready to enter the 330's...I can't wait.

WOOOHOOO ANDY!!!! YAY! congratulations!  That is AWESOME!  I'm glad you and Susan are doing so well!  Today is my 9 month surgiversary! YAY!  I can't believe it.  Its time for some new pics and blog.  Hopefully I can get this done tomorrow.  I've been busy with work, kids, yard you all know how it is.  I've been fighting dehydration.  It seems like no matter how much I drink I'm still dehydrated.  When I stand I get dizzy, I've been to the doctor and she agrees but what to do.  I drink all the time.  I guess I'll just try to drink more.  I might float away. ;)  My dad is back in town and his wife is going to the dr. tomorrow.  Hopefully they can run some tests here and find out what is wrong with her.  I hope everyone has a wonderful day! ;) Lou
