PRAYER WARRIORS NEEDED FOR MY SON - PLEASE!

Hi,

My son, Luke, age 18 dived into the Lake out where he works and he hit the top of his head and compressed his neck.  He is at SMMC in the ER room as I type this.  David and I are in Bardstown, KY and have been here since Tuesday.  We had already planned to leave tomorrow morning.  We didn't find out about the accident till around 5pm cst.  Even if we had left then it would take us 12 hours to get home and wouldn't have been safe.  Anyways, when Luke told Dad and I we told him to have one of his friends drive him to the ER.  We also have an older couple we have went to church with for years that are with him.  Please pray for Luke and there is nothing serious.  I feel so helpless being so far away!  Of course, he's a "man" and didn't think he needed to go.  Thank the Lord that his Dad and I thought differentially and told him he had to go and he went!

Thank you all for your prayers.  I am trusting the Lord to take care of my precious son.  I will post more when I know more.  I'm on the computer provided at the motel we're at.

oh ...Debbie you know that my heart just dropped when i saw your post. all of you are in my prayers as i speak....Luke is such a Godly young man that im sure that God has big plans for him to do. and isnt thru with him yet.....be safe going home....and let us know as soon as you can....love you so much.....take care....

Oh Debbie Darl'n... I'm so sorry to hear what happened to Luke!

Will most certainly be praying the Lord's healing touch for him and a special peace for you and David.
