2yrs out from WLS today
Yes it has been 2 yrs today!
it has been a wild ride back to me.
I am enjoying my day to day life in ways I had not remembered!
if I want to go...I go...no more planning ahead for shopping trips.
I do not fear going visiting or out in public because I dont HAVE to have a sturdy chair.
or if I happen to fall I can get up myself. that in itself is huge.
I have new ways of excersizing I never dreamed I would do again....Dean and I have a tandom bike we like to ride and recently I have taken up Hula Hooping.
I dont do any fancy tricks but I can keep it up and thats saying something!
