I think putting a butterfly on it would symbolize your new life. Coming out of the cocoon of fat to become a beautiful butterfly. I am sure someone out there has some great quotes , my mind isn't functioning to well this morning. I didn't put anything on mine but think its a great idea. Wish I had thought of it.
