Hello All . I got a good Report!!!

Hey all. I finally got my MRI done and the results were not to bad. I was thinking terrible things, but, my pcp told me I had degenerous bone diease (sorry for the spelling). and I had really bad arthritis in my back. No rup. discs which is good new, so no surgery on that part. One I have the tummy tuck on front and back then I should be ok he said. I need to excersize more, which I do anyways. I still walk alot during the evening. Always have. I praise God it wasnt cancerous as I had thought since the pain traveled through to my chest. Once before about 8 years ago I had the same problem and they found a lung mass on my lung. Of course through all the prayers and the prayer clothe I used at the time. It dissapeared. So you see, he does answer prayers. I hope all this fine and doing ok. I feel great other than my back hurting at times. Im still at 184lbs. Im like on a plateau or something. Im eating more different things now. Not as scared as I was at first. Still, there are somethings I do not touch at all. One is being sugar. I do not touch Sugar at all, only if its in the food I eat but I check before hand if its got alot in it I dont touch it. I still need your prayers and I will keep you all in mind. OH BY THE WAY....Next month on the 24th. I will be 3 years out. YAY....and congrats to Jan on her upcoming 3 years in Aug. Love you all and keep on keeping on. God Bless Craig

Hi Craig   can you believe it will soon be 3 years , i cant believe that can you....my weight has never gotten down to where i would have liked but i feel so much better and being able to wear size 10s and being healthy what more could i ask for, i dont know what some do that get down to 4s and 6s but that is ok  for them... just wasnt in the cards for me lol 
How are you getting medicare to pay for the skin on the back being taken off? i think it would help my back pain too....i have arthritis all up and down my spine and hips and shoulders also in my knees and ankels oh heck it is everywhere , its everywhere  lol
i guess all those years of being fat just ruined my joints ...even tho i have very strong bones in a bone scan the only problems i have is the arthritis pain.
I sure am glad that i had this surgery arent you? really the best thing i ever did for myself.
