10 days post op and feeling great

Just wanted to stop by and say hi. I am 10 days post op and I feel great! Dr. De La Torre is a wonderful surgeon.  No pain from surgery, just some soreness, able to get all vitamins, protein, and water down.  I have been able to walk a mile since the nite of surgery.  I just feel great!  I pray that this continues.

congratulations on your surgery.....your energy will only increase as you lose weight...and as long as you follow all the rules to the T you will lose weight and feel good too. Everything they tell you to do is important  from the Vits to the amount of water to the amount of protein suplements.  keep up the good work...

Rock on girl!  That is exactly how I was.  I remember getting up the next day and doing my hair and makeup and the Dr. came in and said this is a first. LOL I just felt so good.  I went back to work in two weeks.  You will do great!  I'm so happy that you breezed threw this.  ;) Lou
