This is all a matter of taste but

About 4-5 tomatos chopped

2 Jalapinos chopped

1 white onion ( I like to use sweet onions) but again its what ever you want or have

1 lb of cooked shrimp chopped( walmart has cooked frozen shrimp for 5.00 a bag)

juice of 1 lemon

about half a a bundle of celantro chopped

salt to taste

Put all this in the refridgerator to get really cold, then serve with tortilla chips or on tostadas, with slices of avacado on top and a wedge of lime, just squeeze a little lime juice on it before you eat it.  I use baked tostitos, or you can eat it without any chips.  Its so good and the shrimp has lots of protien and the avacado has the omega 3's we need ;) Lou

Thanks Lou, this looks like a great dish for a hot summer day. Will try it soon. Hubby liked the sounds of it also.
