Make sure you are getting enough fluids for one thing. Could you have a sinus problem?

Also make sure your getting in enough protein,  when I dont get enough protein in after a few days I start to feel it with dizziness and being sluggish.   Otherwise I'd sure see your PCP.

Donald:

How's our blood pressure?  I had high blood pressure and was on medication before I had gastric bypass.  I went off the hb medication the day after my surgery.  A few months later I started getting dizzy and actually fell down one day.  Went to my PCP and my blood pressure was way too low.

I had toxemia when I was pregnant with my first child (18 years ago) and started using lite salt then.  Never went back to regular salt.  My PCP told me to buy regular salt and use as much of it as I could every day.  It did help my blood pressure and I rarely get dizzy and no more feeling faint.  My bp is still a little on the low side but not much.

You really did to see your PCP and get it checked out.  Please let us know what you find out.
