Encourge me..please

Hi Guys,

In late April I had some issues with the band yet again. Apparently I had a  piece of meat lodge into my band..it finally passed but when it did it caused some swelling...after 3 days withou****er I went to the ER in St. Louis. They emptied my band. For a month I had no restriction...gained about 15lbs back b/c I was totally  bummed. At the first of May I got 6CC's back in my band. I have some restriction..but I have not been losing b/c I haven't been on track..So today is the day for me to start again. I need some encouragement....help me! LOL.

 You just need to get back to basics. Try doing a few days of liquid protein and see if it doesn't jump start you. It will happen as long as you follow the rules. Hang in there you just had a setback.

Take a deep breath and focus.  You can do this.  Like Susie said got back to the begining and restart.  Do the liquids for a few days, up the protien and volia you will be right on track.  You didn't get this far to give up now.  Drink lots of water too.  Fat is released in your urine and I think about that everytime I drink water.  I think I have to drink this to get the fat outta my body lol.  For me water is the hardest part.  You got this!
