Eatin' Good Thursday....MUCH better day
Whew....I am finally starting to feel like myself again. Hate these issues that are making me so mean and ugly....but it will get better, one of these days
Outta bed...coffee
Lunch....protein shake & protein bar
Snack....3 oz cheese
Dinner will be leftover steak fajitas. That should do it for the protein. Hubby's tummy is bothering him a little so he wants to eat bland tonight. No problem, he's fixing it for himself...lol. Water has been pretty good and vits are right on track.
Thanks for all the support the past two cruddy days. And yes, I'm as close to normal as I can get...haha.

hey welcome back Normal Peggy....lol hmmmm wonder how normal any of us are. ...and whose normal? anyway i have gained back all i lost on the liquid diet. makes me so mad...guess it wasnt fat that i lost huh
breakfast-----protein coffee
lunch -----1/2 cup of protein souffle
snack---- string cheese
supper---1/2 cup of dreamfields pasta and hamburger meat sauce...
snack ---will have another 1/2 cup of protein souffle
water is right on track as are vits. if i stay up too late will have another half cup of souffle lol
i think you will right as rain when you get your surgery....

Breakfast, I wish was Click, but *sigh* I'm waiting for my order so I had 1 slice of skinny wheat bread with 1 scrambled egg and a slice of cheese
Lunch: grilled shrimp and veggies from Hinode ( japanese place where they cook at the table) ;)
Snack: Oh yeah protien bar it was chocolate brownie and reminded me of a baby ruth, I'm so glad to have found these Oh yeah products
Dinner: three bites of chicken and I'll have some milk later with my night vitamins
Water, not so good I'm working on that and vitamins aok ;) have a great night!
