Energy shots...yea or nay??

I have never been a coffee or tea drinker and I gave up soda  2 yrs ago when I decided I was having my WLS....but there are those times when I NEED a boost...my nephew gave me one of those energy shots during our big wedding weekend...2 oz sugar free....it worked for me and Im thinking on getting some  to have on hand at work...thats where I poop out.
I do NOT want to hurt the pouchie...so what do you guys know about these things?

I had the surgery about 13 years ago. I use the 5 hour energy shot frequently. I have had steady lab values of my B vitamins. Being a nurse, I have not heard of any issues using these drinks. I would have concerns if you have any issues with kidney function. Those drinks contain  extreme amounts of B vitamins.

Nutti  first off Hi great to see you on the board again. you will have to tell us what all you have been doing lately....does it have the ingredients listed on the side. some of them only use vits and minerals others  use lots of carbs or sugar since you said that one was sugar free...it might be ok
I dont know what if anything in them would hurt us. maybe someone else would know better than me lol . Great to see you again. (Big wedding weekend????) did your baby get married?

I have been working...Alot...which was why I asked about the shots.
The wedding was my son and his gf...the ones who made me grandparents much too soon...they finally decided to make it official.
my BABY...lol just Graduated from High School last week. it has been a very busy time.
the ingredients are on the side and it doesnt look like it would hurt me...just thought Id ask and see what others do for that lil boost when you dont drink coffee.

I really dont know if they hurt or not , wouldnt think so, especially if there is no sugar...  i wonder if they have caffeen in them?  you have me curious now.... i bet the pharmacy  would know.

since i dont work i just go and go untill i fall over lol i will sit down to rest for a minute or two and fall asleep , but for reason i dont think your boss would like that .lol.. are you still working the same place?  really is great to see you again.  hope you will stay around.
