WHATS HAPPENING TUESDAY

Well another support meeting ....we talked about proteins and what protein is said to be the only one that does us 100 % good.    Was good to see everyone....Peggy we really missed you and hope you are feeling better, Im glad that you didn’t try to drive all the way down here not feeling well.  That might have been really bad. But sure would have liked to seen you too.

 

Well didn’t get a lot done today before  leaving for Springfield....worked in the garden for about an hour pulling weeds .  but other that that I didn’t do much of anything else. We got Miss Peg moved into the house , not to hook up yet but didn’t want her to rust.

Big Red will get  moved into the guest house. Where I can really have fun decorating with it.

SUSAN: You really looked good tonight. Im so glad that you and Andy are doing so well and losing so well.... keep up the good work.

 

 

LOU:::::: yeah I know what you mean about them thinking it was the easy way out. They ought to have to live our life for a week...trying to get in the protein we have to have , remembering all the vits , getting in the right amount of water. Watching every bit of carbs and sugar that goes into our mouths. Yeah it is easy ....but to be honest it gets to be a way of life as we go along , and not so hard. But it sure never is easy....

I have gotten to where I just smile and go on my way , usually I say yeah its easy...

We really did miss you and your mama tonight..but we forgive you this time lol

 

 

ANGY:::: I know that Skyler is so excited about school being out ...I remember when my kids would get out for the summer. They would come home that day all excited and singing *schools out , schools out...* so funny and happy...all it meant for me was that I had to pay someone to take care of them all summer. Lol  for a single mother with 3 kids that really got expensive.  Wasn’t as bad as it is now days but was expensive enough then.

Hope you can get out and enjoy

 this beautiful weather that we are having and will continue to have  this week...get out and walk or something.....i understand the feeling of being so tired at times , I have done that all my life that at times my muscles feel like they have no will of their own...dont know what it is and probably never will I ask doctors and they shrug their shoulders lol so I guess they  don’t know either lol

 

 

BARB:::::: I guess we aren’t suppose to be in the house alone ? lol  we must be like kids and cant be trusted ? I know it is hard. Makes me think all stupid like if no one sees me eat it , it doesn’t count lol ...stupid woman...thats to me not you ...lol    what are the roll ups you are talking about....

LORI::::: glad you made it thru the storms good without any injuries.  It is nice to know that you can work now isn’t it? hope you and your kids all enjoy the summer. And the Y

 

 

JO::::: lol well im far from skin and bones. I still think im sort of fat but everyone else says Im tiny, where they get that from other than my height I don’t know lol ...

I love working outside and building and remodeling things. Those are the things I love doing , so I do them a lot.

 

I hope you can get to the reunion, but you need to get in touch with Sugar by next Tuesday to make arrangements. If we don’t get quite a few people to commit we wont be having it

Good morning everyone.look's like it is going to be another nice day.the sun is out already.look's soo pretty.i will be cleaning out my closet again today.i will have a bag of clothe's again and some nice thing's on hanger's.andy and i went to a thrift store yesterday near branson and got me some more shirt's and pant's.not too many but when i went to get dressed yesterday i found out all my pant's were too big.

jan we are glad the liquid diet is going good for you.there are so many way's to make protien drink's.i really like the one's with the sugar free drink mix.

peggy we are praying for you to feel better.we sure did miss you.just take care of yourself.

barbara we will get to see you soon one of these day's.how is your laundry room coming along for you.sound's like a lot of work.how is your hubby's hand doing?

lori we are thankfull everyone made it through the storm's ok.our workout is right here where we live walking,ect.we live too far out to join a gym.

angy i bet your kid's are glad school is out tomorrow.my brother's son's last day is this friday.my sister in law is a teacher her last day is today.her school did not get hit by the storm's like her son's did so they have to go a littler longer.

jo your two little furry babie's sound like my two.they get mad at us time to time.if i get the hair brush out to comb their hair i have to hid it before they see it or they run and hide.the same with a bath.they do not like it and they get mad at me.

Hello ...

   I hope everyone is doing well and had a good Monday! We are all good. I forgot to mention yesterday that we saved a dog. I was looking for a dog, really wanting a English Bulldog, but I heard of a guy that had a Puggle... Well, once I saw it I couldnt let it go back home with him. It wasnt a Puggle either. She is part Boxer. She had 3 out of 4 kinds of worms, the non contagious Mange, Staph infection due to the Mange, NO shots and a temp of almost 104!! I took her and have spent close to $300 on her in the last month... She is sooooo sweet! She is very loving! Her name came with her it is Molly, so I call her Molly Mae :). She has very little Mange, No worms, Shots, NO fever and NO Staph infection!! YAY!!! She is such a sweet heart! We already had a dog. His name is Max, so now there is Max and Molly... Max is a Shih-Tzu. He wasnt that fond of the idea of another dog in the household, but he has gotten over it. They play constantly together and you dont see one without the other :).

   Jan, thanks for the comment. Yeah, the storm wasnt anything nice! I dont like storms and I get real nervous. We made it through with minimal damage, alot of Joplin wa**** pretty hard. Alot of power outages, trees down and power lines down. Nothing too serious I dont think? The kids are sooo ready for the summer vacation.



Jordan will be 15 July 1st, so he is going to apply for a job at McDonalds on his bday!! He is really excited!! My 35th bday is the next week and we are taking a trip to KC to go to the Zoo. I never would of been able to do that if  I didnt have the RNY... I cant wait to go.

Lori, how nice of you to rescue Molly.  It's sad when owners don't take care of their pets.  My babies live better than a lot of kids.  My Sophie wasn't keen on having another dog around but she got used to it.  She is 8 1/2 and Sammy is 4.  She gets a little snippy with him at times and he just backs off. 

Good morning Jan and Everyone.
Well Nikki is off to school.Gail is off to work.So its me and my furbabies.Can't remember if i told ya'll or not but We have 11 baby kittens.Both Mommas had 6 a peice but pickles musta layed on one of hers because it died.Mayo had her babies under the porch so haven't seen them yet.They will probably be wild as a march hair when they venture out LOL.Pickles is the house kitty so hers are in the bathroom in a bed i made for them.
 And Gail tried being all mad LOL.when i brought Otto home But within 2 hrs he was loveing on him. He is such a softy but dont tell him i told ya LOL.Don't wanna ruin his macho side LOL.
I need to go out today get the cucumbers in. I had to go buy more seeds. I lost the ones i bought the other day. I know they are in the house somewhere but i have turned the place upside down and can not find them.I am getting old timers LOL.Gail said he is calling and reserving me a room at the nurseing home LOL.
Jan I bought corn seeds from the mininites about 4 yrs ago.Didn't use them all so i put them in a fruit jar with a lid on tight.They stayed dry no moister or anything. Do you think it would grow if i plantd it or are they to old.?
We went out and put straw around all the tomato plants and pepper plants to help keep the weeds down. Last time we did that it worked really good.I hate pulling weeds they grow faster than the seeds and plants LOL.
Also i have a bag of potatoes in the basement with huge eyes on them. Is it to late to put them in?
I still haven't got the flower seeds planted cuz i really dont know where to put them.But will figure out something LOL.
Gonna have Gail go get me a peach tree,aple tree and a Cherry tree. I'll be dead and gone before they get any fruit on them LOL.But maybe the kids will enjoy them.
Gotta take Harley,Sam and Otto to vet soon for shots.Gonna get Harley and Otto Sniped LOL.Plus gonna have pickles fixed soon as she weens her babies.Sam is already fixed so all he needs is yearly shots and a check up.He has artritis really bad.Poor old dog walks like me when my knees and back are acting up.
Well I better get busy,Gotta do the rest of the garden,clean house,Wash and wax the floors.I have mentioned I hate hardwood floors LOL.

Morning..

Wanted to take a minute and say how disappointed I was to not be able to make it down there.  Sigh....  I felt horrible until about 7:30 but I kept the headache until bed.  Got up this morning to no power so coffee wasn't ready and that does not make me a very nice person. haha  They finally got it fixed around 9:30...made for a long morning.

My tummy is a mess this morning so I plan on staying around the house and doing some things that need to be done.

Can't wait to try and get together with you all again.  I miss you horribly.

 Got up feeling lousy but made it in to work only to find out I wasn't supposed to be there today its tomorrow I was scheduled. Oh well I was happy to come back home. I feel awful. I am pretty sure its a cold but it could be a sinus infection. Whatever I feel awful. I hope I am better tomorrow.
It was great to see everyone last night. I missed those not there. Susan you are doing great.

Dh has started using his live traps again and in the last week he has caught a skunk and raccoon but this morning was a surprise. He caught a fox. Its down on the patio still in the cage. I don't know what he will do with it. He usually relocates all his catches.

I am gonna try to take a nap if I can and hope I wake up feeling better. Being around kids germs are everywhere. I am sure I caught this cold at school. I may not go back next year.I hate being sick.

Sorry we missed the meeting last night.  Gage's girlfriend's graduation was nice, tons of people.  I was thinking what are all these kids going to do now?  They were all so happy, huge smiles.  So everything will be back to normal since that's over.  I went to the office this am, I start having my closing this week, I have a few over the next 2-3 weeks.  I'm so happy about that.  This weather is beautiful, I guess I should get busy with the laundry and cleaning up my house, its been neglected for a few days.  I hope everyone has a wonderful day.    Lou ;)
