Ok so I got my results back and thought I would post to see what you all thought...Im thinking not so good...
Ferritin....213.0 range(14-150)
Copper....101
B-12....866 range(160-970)
Folate....10.1
Folate RBC....630
B-1.....15 range(9-44)
Vit A....25 range(38-98
Vit B-6......2.0 range (3.3-26.0)
Glucose..74
creat...0.6 range(0.6-1.3)
K.....3.8 Range(3.6-5.0)
Protein Total...6.4 range(6.4-8.2)

OK so now what?????? To me there pretty bad....
I take OptiSource Vits times 4 and Cal Citrat times 2....Dr told me to take B-100 time 2 when I got these results...but didnt say anything else...But Im thinking I should be doing something more...

I am so stupid when it comes to lab results. I know I need to research more but I always forget. Andrea U. (user name) posts on the main board a lot and has done tons of research on vits and labs. Mainly because she has had major issues. You may want to search her posts or even post to the main board or RNY board. She should answer you. She can be abrasive so some people are put off by her. But she is a wealth of knowledge. Sorry I couldn't help more.
