1 year ago today

I can still remember not eatting for 2 weeks, being nervous, scared and thinking what am I doing to myself.  But today a year later I thank God I took the step forward and changed my life forever.  I am a new person because I am healthy.  I am at goal weight and have lost 10 prescriptions.  I wanted to say thank you to all of you for your support and love.  Sending hugs to all of thoughs that have touched me in the last year, Raynetta
