Blood pressure

Does it ever go down and stay down? Mine was 164/104 today.So back on the b/p meds.I really was hoping i would no longer need them.GRRRRRRRRRRR

Hey Deb,

Im 2 1/2 years out and still take a b/p pill. I guess it just depends on the individual. Some get off them and some dont.  Mine is finally under control though so I'm hoping when I get to my goal soon I might not have to take it anymore.

Pooh there is two differnt types of high blood pressure , one is caused from being fat and overweigh and when the weight goes down the blood pressure meds go away...but there are those of you all that  have unspeciefic high blood pressure. and it may take a lot to get rid of the high blood pressure meds.  hopefully you will get rid of it sometime soon.

Well guess since being fat is a reason .I will always have high B/P.My whole family has high B/p my youngest brother is not fat t all and has extremly high b/p. maybe in the jeans . who knows. guess we all gotta die from something.
