WHATS HAPPENING MOTHERS DAY

Want to wish all Mothers , whether you are the mother of children or fur babies or step motheres, grandmother , great grandmothers. , past present or even future mothers  a

HAPPY MOTHERS DAY.  hope the day is a great one for you and that you hear from all the babies that you have mothered over time....that is the best thing that can be given to us as a present is a sweet phone call if you cant see them in person.

 

Pulled a lot of grass out of flower beds and planted some things.  I planted 2 dozen hardy glads about a week ago and they are coming up  I know they aren’t as big as the glad normally are but I wont have to dig these up either. ...my lilys are all budding up and getting tall. The carnations are blooming and they will continue to bloom most of the summer if I can keep them deadheaded as will the  dianthus and sweet Williams....

Went over and met Bec and Paul at the college where their daughter is graduating.from.

They brought down my tubs that she had gotten for me plus the statuary that I had bought at the sale....was so good to see her again....i took some picrtures of her and Andy and Susan and me , Joe took for us. Will put them up on my profile when I can find them. Something has changed on my computer somehow and I cant find my pictures half the time.

 

Tomorrow we hopefully will get the trailer straighten out and put together. ...anyone want some stuff????? Got plenty of stuff ....may have a garage sale but don’t know , lot of work . I still think of poor Peggy and all she had to do and how long it took her to do it all for that huge sale they had.

 

Saturday was really pretty even if it was a little on the cool side....as long as it isn’t storming like it did yesterday.  It was so black and nasty.....

 

 

 

SUGAR:::::::so glad that you are ok....losing a few limbs isn’t bad like it could have been. Is Rick still out working?

The kids play sounds so cute ....I would like to see one that they do sometime, I know you said they were really good. Maybe I can watch the  DVD some time.

Have a good time with your inlaws....I don’t even have a mother in law to baby today....i really miss our mommie....a lot.

Well I took some pictures of Bec but I don’t know if she will want to put them up....she has a problem with thinking her beautiful face is too fat. And it isn’t fat , it is a pretty round face. A sweet little girl face...

 

 

PEGGY:::::::Oh my it seems like will  it ever end ? although I love your stories .....they really did sit the porta potty on fire? Hope there wasn’t any more damage.

Yeah when you start to build I would go ahead and sell your home there and buy a small travel trailer and move out there till it was done. I noticed there was a couple of places like that out there doing that.  People today like to steal everything they can.

Have you found out anything about your surgery yet. Wish you could come down on the 18^th to our support meeting and then come on down to my house for the rest of the week. You would have a great  time too. I know.  And at the very lease you would get away from the continuing saga of the farm.

My goodness sounds like you are so busy you are meeting yourself coming and going.

‘don’t worry about your house. Close all the blinds, light candles and no one will know the difference lol  is a good thing and people think you are so neat instead of anything else lo.

So you have one leaving high school and one entering... how neat .... so you get to go  thru all of this again....

Wish you could come down for our boot camp on the 18^th....too would be fun.

Good morning to all.happy mother's day to all the ladie's who are mom's.sure did turn out to be a pretty day.hope we get a few more like that.
my brother called me yesterday.where he live's they lost power.the electric company does not know when he will get power back.there are all kind's of limb's and tree's down on his road across power line's.they had a tornado come through.he said fredricktown got hit hard too.the electric company gave 10 different zip code's of houses that did not have power.it even knocked out the phone's for a while too.

jan than's again for letting andy and i ride with you and joe yesterday.it sure was good to see becky again.she does look smaller.she just need's someone to tell her that.i miss my mom too.she will be gone 13 year's this memorial day.

debbie d good to see you on here again.we know you are proud of your family.we are praying for you all.hope we get to see you again soon.

peggy would be nice if you could come down sometime.kid's get into trouble these day because they dont know what to do with their time.we will be praying everything work's out with the farm for you.

My daughter called last night about 10:30pm and we talked a long time -  I even got to talk to Jamie!!!  What a Mother's Day present...

Happy Mother's Day to Everyone!

The phone call I made to in Japan last month cost almost $25 for 7 minutes so I won't be doing that again for a while.  Am going to call Walgreen's about their international phone card as it does not work - what a waste of money!

Got the gardens almost planted just need to pick up some romas and plant them in hanging baskets with my grape tomatos (I am making upside down planters using the wire baskets with the coconut fiber liners to hold moisture in).  I
found the planters at wally world for $5 each with the liners after I had bought the liners to make my baskets already.  I had such a problem watering my upside down baskets last as I didn't know about the coconut fiber liners then.  It's a little chilly out so will work outside when it warms up a bit.

I am furious with the neighbors south of the garden as their
2 year old pulled up about 6 plants - what was a 2 year old doing outside with either of his parents?  Where were they?  You can no****ch a toddler from inside their house...especially on a busy street.  I can see him getting away and maybe pulling 1 or 2 plants but not 6!  The father said he spanked him and it wouldn't happen again - Spank a 2 year old for something done hours before he got home from work - I know who the idiot is here - He offered to replace the plants but Dad said no just don't let it happen again.  Wish we could put a fence or they could fence in their yard - I am just whinning...  Please forgive me.
