I've heard alot about Click protien mocha espresso. I ordered some and OMG!!!!!! Its wonderful! You can drink it hot or cold, they only have one flavor and they only deal with this one item. Its creamy, it has 15 grams of protein, 1.5g fat, 7sugar and 23 vitamins and minerals. It does contain caffeine, the equivilent to a 12 cup of brewed coffee. I made is like an iced mocha. Its so good I can't even begin to tell you. Sorry Starbucks, I won't be back ;) What a great way to get protein. Also I ordered some OH YEAH, protien wafers in chocolate and they are wonderful too, they have creme in the middle and are covered in a chocolate like coating. They have 14g of protien, 2 sugar in 2 sticks. YUMMY! I got these off gastricbypasssuppliments.com ( they have free shipping for mothers day) I swear they aren't paying me but if I find something that's so good, I gotta tell ya ;) Lou

not caffeine of 12 cups of coffee HAHAH, 12oz cup of brewed coffee, wow that would be crazy 12 cups of coffee, imagine the things I could get done LOL ;)
