I'm still super busy and trying to recuperate.  It still feels weird not to go to the farm every day.  But I sure have let things slip around here.  Trying to get my surgery moved up to this month instead of July.  Just want it over with.  Ton of errands to do tomorrow...plus Shelia.  Been awile since I saw her.  Had an episode last night....darn it.  Managed to get out of it but they still scare me.  Frustrating.

Outta bed...coffee...yep every day..

Noonish...double scoop protein w/lo carb milk

Snack...protein bar

That's all today.  Hubby's not home tonight...union meeting.  Still talking strike.  So I will either have some leftover turkey sliders or another protein shake.  I have managed to lose 10 pounds and am back to wearing the clothes I wore before I had my thyroid removed.  Thank God...been a long time coming.  Now if I could just keep going down.

Posted some pics of the sale of the century on my profile....see some good looking gals on there.

Post away.

w00t w00t!! Peggy is back!!

Today wasnt a very good day to get everything in, time slipped by way to fast and before we knew it there wasnt enough time to get the rest of the protein we needed and water, it rarely happens tho, tomorrow is another day.  We got busy going to town buying a few things for the front yard and flower garden, came home and planted what we had bought, thats how time went by to fast.

Outta Bed - Protein shake for the both of us.

Noonish we bought a small bag of pork rinds and snacked on them while shopping and running around Branson.

Supper -  I had  1 1/2 nathans hot dog and 1/4 cup of califlower and cheese.  Susan had 1/2 of a hot dog and a couple bites of homemade ham salad with cheese.

About 8ish we split a banana protein souflee'

Water was off track, we'll try better tomorrow, Vitamins are all on track,  walked at walmart, knew once we got home we'd get to busy.  Tomorrow is another day.

Peggy we are sure glad you back but sure sounds like you have a busy month ahead of you, dont get run down and stuff, dont need ya sick!  Your in our prayers everyday!

Andy

Hi Andy....thanks for the warm re-welcome....lol

You guys are doing well....I understand about being out and about and not having the things we need. The good thing is that there is always tomorrow.  Unless, of course, you do this every day...then it is a hand-slapping for you.  Just kidding.

You will keep on doing great....thanks for the prayers.

Ps....caught up on the bible reading today...woot!

I haven't ever done this but would like to try it for a while to see just what I am eating.  I really don't want to loose any weight would like to just stay where I am.  I don't want to gain either.  Now I eat different then the rest of you so don't eat what I eat,....completely different surgery with different results.
1 grilled wrap from Sonic ate the meat and half the wrap.
1 grilled wrap from Micky D's
Lightly breaded chicken strips I made these from scratch.
With brown rice and a very heavy cream sauce.  Also a few bites of some veggies but I put some herb in them that I just couldn't stand made me sicko.
I have had 2 32oz of unsweet tea
3 20oz unsweet coffee with cream.
I have had 2 grilled shrimp and getting ready for a hamburger patty no bread for a snack.
That's it for the day.
Just for those that don't know, I can eat unlimited amounts of fats. The more fats the better I feel.  Thanks for listening and hope everyone has a great day.

Hey Marylin....I knew the DS was different but I've never seen how you all eat.  Glad it is working so well for you, interesting, too.

Some herbs, especially oregano, are yucky for me, too.

Glad you are seeing how you eat so you'll get an idea of how to maintain. Thanks for the input and hope to see you again.
