Does anyone else do this??
Does anyone else have days that they could eat the side end of a house.....I feel like I havent eatten for days.....Just so you know I have!!!
I had almost a full peice of chicken breast today and some green beans and now I feel like Im starving again....
Whats going on...??? Maybe because I have been working and moving around so much....dont know....oh well going to go find me something good to munch on.....lol

I do this sometimes, don't know why except maybe stomache empting too quickly. I have been keeping carrots and celery around and putting a high protein on the celery to munch on. Just know you are not alone. Glad you liked the bar.

Cor are you doing protein drinks? if not they do help keep you feeling full. , the protein is needed by your body to regulate it ....hope that helps some...i get like that if i havent gotten enough whey protein in for the day.

I was going through that myself and still do at times. I find that if you DONT drink for at least 30 mins before you eat, and I know thats not easy" and dont drink anything at least 30 -45 mins after you eat it really helps alot. Also I found that the slower I eat, the fuller I get and stay full longer. I was doing all those wrong and was hungry all the time, now after I eat a little I dont get as hungry.
