Eatin' Good Sunday....The countdown is ON....

Super late tonight but I promised myself that I would do this even if I was the only one *****ad it! Today was church, followed by grocery store then laundry and cleaning house just in case my mom decides to come up for the sale.  Just got done and am trying to wind down in order to sleep.

Outta bed....coffe

Lunch....we ate out...BBQ....I had 1/2 serving (3-4 oz) beef tips (brownies) and 1/4 c baked beans.  Oh...and a small onion ring.

Nothing else the rest of the day except more coffee in the afternoon to get going on the cleaning.

Late in the evening....double scoop protein w/lo carb milk

Lots of water and got all my vits in.  That will do it...listening to the rain come down and thunder rumbles.  Hope it clears a little for the sale.

i did horrible and i paid for it  too. was gone all day yesterday and it is just so hard for me to do all that we have to do when im not home. im such a creature of habit.

oz of hambuger with cheese on it no bun

protein bar that didnt have much in it but was all i could find.

water way way off...only had about 50 oz all day and didnt get my pills all in till right before bed

when i dont plan on being away from the house i dont do well. so way off on protein and everything....could have made a protein shake when i got home but was just too tired.
anxious to see you at the sale and we will have fun even with rain boots on.

Hey there, I am embarrassed to post this!!! you all ate like birds, I am such a pig....well yesterday anyhow
out of bed protein drink/shake....vits
a handful of tortilla chips and salsa
a hamburger patty (about 4") with cheese (no bun ) took me 1/2 to pick at it until gone
then....later.....pepper jack cheese...cheddar cheese...and turkey breast lunchmeat (actually not as much as it looks like (maybe 2oz. altogether)
16 oz diet green tea
4 malt balls NOT sugar free...grrr
20 oz cup of coffee with splenda...yeah!...plus 2 TB. of half and half...BOOO!
a cereal bowl of salad,,spinach,lettuce , tomatos, a few croutons, sesame seeds,caesar dressing , and a pineapple ring....yum yum!
16oz diet green tea
3 sugar free dove bites
see  I think Iate some of everything in the house yesterday...but I did get out and walk several times the wind felt so good.......lovely day to all
