WHATS HAPPENING MONDAY

Got some great news yesterday....Brenda Nutt is home....very weak and still isn’t up and about too much but Randy said she is home...Hopefully she will get better and better now since she is home....Life sure can hit you hard sometimes cant it? 

 

We are getting lots of thunder boomers here this morning so im going to get this finished up quick ..

 

We went to Eureka Springs yesterday to my daughters to help them get everything packed up  they will be leaving on Tuesday I think....We bought the bedroom suite from her so they wouldn’t have to take that...Anyway I sure hate for her to move so far from me but hopefully they will do better .  I have left it in Gods hands.

 

My legs were jumping so badly last night I like to never got to sleep...and couldn’t sit still long enough to type all of this ...anyway. hope to see all of you that come to the COF meetings tonight...and remember the clothing exchange  if you have anything. Don’t worry if you don’t...it is fine. ...i don’t have much, when you get to where you stay for a year you don’t have much left then except what you bought and don’t like ....anyway I have a few things that I have gotten given to me that don’t fit right or just aren’t me or too young or something , that I will be bringing. A couple pair of jeans that are the skinny legs . so will see you all there.

 

 

 

SANDY::::: is it too late to start some other tomatoes by seed? Will they get up big enough to get planted and have tomatoes this year?

Im pretty green about veggie gardens but I have bought a couple of books and reading them and know that a lot of it is trial and error or seems like it is.....i know it is with flowers. I had to spray the tomatoe that I have the other day, there was a red tomato on there but the whole bottom had blossom end rot , they say that is from the lack of calcium in the soil. That is weird isn’t it? anyway the other one that is getting ripe so far now doesn’t have it. I will spray all of them and hope that they do well.

 

 

BARB::::: yep got the email .....cant wait to see you. You and Andy maybe together can get me motivated to start walking again. I know I feel better when I do even tho I do , do a lot of work outside I still need the walking.

You didn’t already have Baby potty trained? Well you lazy mommy you...lol

Are you coming down to Peggys sail on Thursday? Hope so that is when we will be there. We will probably be there most of the day ....so will see you there. Will be like a reunion of sorts. 

 

 

Good morning Missouri.  Got a few minutes before we head out to work in the rain.  The tent comes this afternoon and it will have sides so we will be able to shut out the rain during the week.  They are now saying that there may be some rain Thursday but Fri & Sat are supposed to be clear.  That can change but that isn't too bad.  We will start moving stuff into the tent tomorrow and hubby is planning on sleeping out there in case somebody gets naughty ideas.  We still have over 100 boxes to get thru...we'll see if we actually find the time.

I sure am jealous about the meeting tonight.  I would love to get the hugs and see you all BUT I may get to see quite a few of you Thursday....YEA!!!  I need to see if the newspaper ad will have a link to post.  If not, I will post the new Craig's List posting later this week.  Mark and the boy moved some of the furniture yesterday so that will help for the craziness later this week.  We will be trying to get rid of everything that is left after the sale on Saturday.  Mark doesn't want to keep any of it (neither do I).  We don't have the room or the will to deal with her crap anymore.  So I imagine that we will be giving stuff to charities, or people or throwing the rest of it.  Remember...we had 2 of the largest dumpsters you can get plus 1 of the next size on her house alone.  This house on the farm had 7 or 8 trailer loads (the size of a pickup bed with rails).  That's a lot of trash!  If anybody we a serious flea marketer or likes having garage sales this would be the place to get a lot of fodder to resell.  I sure hope we get rid of most of it.  Like I said....we will have over 600 boxes of stuff.  I'm even getting to the point of pricing by the box.

Yes Jan, Baby is potty trained but, she was having so much trouble trying not to go airborne in this wind. Guess I didn't explain it right.  LOL

Yes, I will be at Peggy's. This should be fun. Bless her heart, she has worked so hard.

Howdy Peeps!!!
Had a few so I thought Id drop in and say howdy and let ya know Im still kicken...

We took Da Princess (Christa) to the specialist at St.Louis Childrens Hospital Wednesday...They didn't give us real good news...Shes now lost some hearing in her other ear!! But they don't know why shes loosen it...We thougth it was from all the infections and the tubes she had...But they told us it wasn't either and she shouldn't have the type of loss she is having....The hearing loss she is having is what an older person thats been around alot of loud machinery or a gun went off by your ear & etc... They said she was too young to have anything drastic enough to cause this type of hearing loss....We have to go back July 22 for another hearing test to see what it shows... They are in hopes that since she just got over a 2 month ear infection and still had a lil bit of fluid that it might have thrown it off some.....
They do want her to have tubes again but said she could wait till after summer because they usually have a lil less trouble in the summer time and then she wont have to deal with having them and swiming and stuff....
Please pray they figure out whats going on with her hearing loss and that they know how to help her....I know its not the end of the world and she can learn to live with it but she loves music soooo much and loves to sing and it would break my heart to know she couldnt do those things anymore or hear her own childrens laughter & giggles when she has some of her own.....

WOOOOO HOOOOO....Doc says any day now and we will have our newest family memeber!!!!!!! I am soooo excited !!!....The wait is so intense when it gets to this close to time lol lol.....Everyones laughing at me cause I announced that till Macy makes her big entrance her Nanna wont be going further than an hour away!!

And not sure if I told yall or not but I found out recently that one of my kids cousins on their fathers side just found out she is pregnant....Shes only 16 and has crappy parents and lives with the kids uncle and his wife.....Her and I are really close and she has blessed me with the honor of being his Godmother!!!

Then I just got a email from my favorite neice on Joes side of the family and she is pregnant......She is a sweetheart and will make a wonderful mom...Her husband is in the service and they live out on the east coast.....She was so excited to tell me and I got to be the first after her parents and siblings to know!!!....
The sad part is she lives toooo far away for me to spoil it lol lol.....

Satruday I got a letter reminding me it was time for my 6mo recheck on the spots they found when they done my mamagram last fall....Ive already had it redone with ultrasounds and another type of test and they want to do it again....Kinda slapped me in the face cause I guess I had done put it out of my mind and just forgot about it... So tomorrow Im making my appt to get that done....Please keep me in your prayers

Bubba came home last weekend and had to do gaurd drills this weekend...It was his last one with the unit that he started with....He actual unit is going to be out of Doniphin,MO and he has drill with them this coming weekend lol lol....But he found out that his unit got put on 2 rousters for deployment!!! My heart sank when he told me that.....Rachaels told me it was time to cut the strings lol lol...But the possibilities of what could happen if he has to go where the war is just terrifies me to death....I know lots have went and come home fine but I also know there are others that haven't been as lucky.....PLEASE KEEP MY BOY IN YOUR PRAYERS!!

Well I got to get off here and get some things done...Ive put off doing my bills and check book all weekend and Ive got to get it done lol lol....And we have clothes on the line that need to come in because Ive heard it thunder a few times....
