WHATS HAPPENING SUNDAY

I used the push mower today for 2 hours. Whew...i got my exercise for sure. Today. Andy and Susan started walking and came by the house and wanted to know if I was going with them. I told them I had to help Joe get the yard mowed before it rained .which it didn’t do all day...anyway I got a good cardio work out today....and guess what? I can  pull start the push mower ...wow  I haven’t been able to do that in a long long time. I picked up all the straw that I had piled up that had been covering a lot of things.  Also pulled a lot of weeds out of flower beds.  By 2 pm we had all of the yard mowed and trimmed and decide d to go to Lowes and get more of the foam underlayment that goes under laminate flooring ...Joe has the kitchen and living room done in the trailer so now he is to go down the hallway and we were out of under stuff ....got 4 more so should be enough. I am really getting excited about getting it all done...i have a really cool idea about the ceiling. I think it will be cool...the old celetex ceiling has water stains on it from where it has leaked in the past , we have used primer over and over and painted over and over and you can still see the stains. Sooooooo need to come up with ideas. I am thinking metal? Well metal tiles are too expensive but can get the basic same look by taking new corrugated shed roofing and cutting it in 2 foot squares. And alternating the direction of the ribs...can you see it? I think it will be really cool . I am going to buy just one piece and cut it and get it up in the kitchen and see what it looks like...what do you all think? This isn’t suppose to be like your house but a guest cottage that I may even rent out to fishermen or hunters ...

 

Well have to run back over to daughers Sunday morning...to get her really cute bedroom suite . . I have decided that in the trailer we will put a bed in the living room as well as one in the bedroom  and in the living room will also have  a couple of comfy chairs and t.v. with video players. That way it will hold two couples or parents and two kids. ,,,then there is a really small bedroom with I will put either a set of bunk beds or just a single but probably a set of bunkbeds ...that way the place will really do double duty as far as how many can sleep....will sleep 8 that way....if anyone has a set of bunk beds that they would sell realy really cheep?

A boy up the road from us keeps wanting to rent it but I told him that he smokes and I just got the place cleaned up and he drinks and told him I wouldn’t put up with that at all None...i wouldn’t be a very good land lady to someone like that I know.

 

 

SUSAN AND ANDY::::: have a safe trip today and hope you enjoy yourselves. I know they are going to be surprised looking at the two of you. Lol will be fun...

 

 

RENEE::::: well of course that is ok. I think Susan has plenty for everyone.lol. I would have done the exact same thing , when someone is in need you do what you can .

 

Wow that crazy woman is really crazy. How stupid can one person be. Why in the world was the reasoning behind it. did she just wake up and think , im going to see how much pain I can cause Kala and Lee and why would she do it? weird really weird. You need all of your Sistas to come help you take care of her? Lol we all together might scare her some but sounds like her brain isn’t capable of being  scared. ...is she really nuts or just mean?

 

Anyway wanted you to know we are all praying for your aunt.  I am excited about seeing you on Monday

 

 

PEGGY::::: I hope you are saving these sagas you are experiencing.....they would be so funny written in a book. Just as silly little stories. Just the way you have written them. I have laughed more at your expence , to which im sorry , but heck they are funny stories. The possum was funny enough but the snake is really wild. And I know everyone has had a ball reading them.

I hope you don’t encounter any more  critters. Even tho it would be fun to read of them.

 Wow you are going to make it really you are ....i know it has been a long drawn out ordeal. I hope you don’t have to go thru with any of this again soon.  Maybe you can  get your mom to downgrade now. Get them all organized lol

I sure it lets up raining during the sale...what in the world will you do with all the stuff if it doesn’t sell? My goodness it would be sad to have to put it all back somewhere?

 

 

VESTA::::: so how are you doing girl?  I take  naproxen sodium  2 at a time with one Pepcid..for the tummy  Doctor  Hornbostel told me to do it that way if I needed it. and I can take it like every 4 to 5 hours if needed. It works pretty good. Doesn’t get rid of all the pain but it really does help...it takes the edge off anyway.  What are they saying you have carpal tunnel or what?

 

That vine is called the red cypress vine....did you not save any seeds from them? I will start you some starts or will try and see if I can. Mine usually comes up on its own every year but with it being the first year and the horrible winter we had.

Anyway are you going to come up to the boot camp....i have support meeting on the 18^th next month and then who even is coming down will meet us at the meeting ...follow us down to our house and  we will get started on Tuesday and then come down to your meeting on Tues night. ...you can then follow us back up to our house and that wlll be Wednesday hopefully you will be able to stay till Saturday afternoon.

We hopefully will have some clear weather ....

 

 

COR::::: lol you sounds like some of the days I have sometimes lol...it seems like I have days like that a lot but I really thinks sometimes that im just spinning wheels.

Wow didn’t know anything would kill creeping myrtle lol that stuff never dies I though.

I have tried to kill it before and it is like roaches lol

 

Sure does feel good tho to be able to do all of this stuff doesn’t it? Im like you in wanting to thank Dr  H. I don’t know if he really understands how much he has given us.

 

SUGAR:::: of course it is ok....i am bringing some jeans I have gotten from people that wanted to give them to me but they aren’t my style , they are the tight , skinny legs and those make me look funny I think...and to me they aren’t comfortable. Anyway those and some other things. .they are all 10s and 12s I think...dont know if anyone will want them but if not Terri can take them and put them in the garage sale for the bone marrow .....

Do you think you will be able to come down and stay some of the week for the boot camp it will start on the 18^th but don’t think any one will be hear till the 19^th really.

Sure hope so. That is the reason we are pushing to finish up the trailer. ....

Did you read up above about how I am thinking of doing the ceiling? What do you think? I am wanting it to be sort of like a in the woods  cabin...eventually we want to put a deck out on the front....i have been fixing up the yard in front of there.

 

 

I really have a lot of flowers in bloom but there are still a lot to come.    Someone ask me if I was going to send them pictures well you can go to my web site here on the bottom of this email....

Morning Everyone!

Been busy piddling around transplanting what seedlings I have to their grow pots and planting more seeds.   The weather has been so good for the past 2 days except for the wind.  The garden has been power tilled so we finally got to spread the wood ashes all over it yesterday.  With the rain last night it will have to dry for a few days before we can start planting.  I haven't even started on my herbs yet but the former herb garden which I will now call the kitchen garden  has everything up and it makes me feel so good to see things up and growing.

Been trying to get things sorted out to take to Springfield wed. after work for our garage sale Thur & friday.  Rain or shine...  If you live in the area drop by as I would love to meet you.  I have decided that once its out of the car its not going back in!

I have been busy the last several days just teetering my dog to go to the bathroom outside. LOL
Can you imagine Baby's dilemma with this wind. Sometimes she just lays down and puts her head down until it lets us a little. LOL Then sometimes she just runs 90 mph to try and outrun it I think.

I have just about had it with this wind. I know when it is about 100 this summer I will wish I had just a little breeze so am not trying to complain too much. But, lets be real enough is enough.

Jan, did you get my email about boot camp? Hope so.  Count me in.
