Eatin' Good Thursday....Trying to keep it together!

I realize how much I miss doing this post so I'm going to try and do it no matter the cir****tances.  So some nights it may be late, but that's ok.  Those of you who need this will look for it!

I'm still working my tail off but the last two days I have taken a different turn on my eating.  I noticed I had gained a few pounds (YIKES) and couldn't seem to figure out why.  Mark mentioned stress....duh.  So yesterday and today I have only had protein drinks during the day and eat protein for dinner. 

Outta bed....coffee

Mid morning....double scoop of protein w/lo carb milk

Mid afternoon....double scoop of protein w/2% milk

Lots and lots of water and vits are on track.  We are going out to eat cause I am too pooped to cook.  The next several days will be interesting.  I plan on sticking to the protein drinks during the day and then lean protein at night.  For example...last night's dinner was about 3 oz of chicken and shrimp and 3 tbsp of beans.  Not bad.  For some reason I haven't felt deprived or bad just doing the drinks.  Maybe killing the snake has given me new power!!  Haha.

So I'm back....to a certain extent.  Like I said, I may not do this until late but I'm planning on doing it faithfully.  How did you all do today?

Hope you didn't have anymore run ins with critters or sneeky snakes.

Outta Bed. Coffee

Breakfast- banana

Dinner- sliced turkey breast with club crackers

Snack- strawberries with splenda

supper-  sliced turkey breast with club crackers

snack- Nuttibuddy bar but sure was yummy

had a protein drink throughout the day 52 grams .i never get in enough fluids but i do what i can. all vitamines on track.

Hope you had a great day even though you had to be going through the boxes.

Out of bed protein and vits
coffee with splenda and 2 tb of half &half   i know but it's only once a day
5 ritz crackers maybe 1 oz of cheese and turkey breast
16 oz diet green tea
protein bar
1/3 mr good sense italian sub    mmmmmmm
some popcorn and tv
22 0z diet green tea   all vits , pretty good day. Thanks for picking this back up Peggy, I really enjoy reading and getting ideas even if I don't post!!  have a great warm day!
