WHATS HAPPENING MONDAY

I just thought Saturday was ugly , Sunday was really ugly , wind , misty rain and no sun felt really cold and nasty...

Did get another one of my ponds up and running so now have 3 of the 4 ponds running and the fountain going so I am getting there ...i have saved the biggest one for last... I am going to have to empty it all out , it is a big two level one with a waterfall too. and it was leaking when we closed it down last year. So going to line it all I guess and hope that fixes it. if not don’t know what we will do with it...start over I guess. Lol

This is the one that I would love to have made really big  might get it done one day....

Well they are talking about really beautiful weather this next week....oh no I wont be able to get Joe to do anything. He will have fishing fever for sure. Lol . I guess I will just have to let him go on , maybe he will get lucky and catch some. He likes to fish but doesn’t catch too well . sort of like his hunting. I told him we wouldn’t get much protein if we depended on him....think I will sign up with the sherriff for the run over deer. ...maybe I could get one in the freezer that way .

 

Well Joes family that was suppose to come up today , called and said it would be tomorrow before they knew if they would be able to ...so will have to wait and see

 

I hope all of you will email Brenda and let her know that we are all praying for her. She isn’t doing well at all. Randy said that he has been thru this many times before...I certainly hope that the lost weight and the exercising that she has been doing will really help her fight all of this off.

 

 

 

 

SUSAN:::::isn’t this rainy mess just that a mess ? yuck. You sure looked good today...did you want me to take your picture ? im sorry I didn’t think to ask you...Joe and I were working in the shade garden fixing up the one area and then the pond....you will have to come back over and see it...looks nice. But will be so much better when the flowers get bigger and blooming.

 

 

 

SUSIE::::::well I wish I had all those worms, to put in Joes worm bed. Lol they make use of the  veggie and fruit peelings. And come August you will be comfortable lol when your husband is burning up you will say , hummm I don’t think it is so hot, im just right

LOU:::: isn’t it great to be able to do stuff like that and not hurt and have to sit every 5 minutes because you have to catch your  breath? I still get amazed that I can do all this stuff.

SUGAR::::::: didn’t I read that your new pastor used to be pastor over in Kimberling City, if so I have heard him preach im almost sure and I love his preaching.  And lord they built a huge church over there from almost nothing to start with.

So did the congregation vote him in?  

Who in the family wanted a horse? Cant eat a horse...lol well I guess you can , some of the other countrys do.

 

I don’t know when or where the reunion is going to be this year, that is why I gave that to you and Janet  and anyone else you all wanted to decide it....and run with it. where ever it is im in. ok? I like the idea of the place in the middle of the state but anywhere you all want to do it

 

 

 

 

Good morning to all.where did the weekend go to already.we are praying for a nice week.it rained all the way home from church yesterday then no sun came out.we had some window's open on sat but not yesterday.

Jan you are right this rain has been a mess.andy does want you to take a picture of us sometime.the one's we have andy said did not come out right.maybe on monday night at the group we could have one taken.i still cannot believe that i can get into pant's with a button and a zipper.i sure could not before.

we sure are praying for brenda and randy.andy sent her a email from us.

sugar sound's like your church found a good pastor.someone in your family want's a horse?when i lived on the farm we had the whole nine yard's too.lol.

becky sure good too see you back on here.you have been one busy beaver.do you even have time to sit down for a minute or two.please let us know how your check up went with the doctor.we know you are doing great.my 3 month check up is june the 16.

lou how was your open house?sound's like you had a great weekend.we can hardly wait to see you and your mom on next monday.bring anyone you want to.the more the better.

susie did you find any good bargin's shopping?i hope to find some when i go shopping.i am going to buy a few smaller size's.that one pound will be gone before you know it plus some more.you look great.

tammy you sure had a big bon fire going.the weight loss sure has been great.i had lot's of trouble and pain walking before now my knee does not hurt near as much and i dont get out of wind as fast.andy and i have been walking over a mile a day.i really do feel soo much better.

So actually, someone gave Kenan a horse and they are all crazy over the idea of one...will see how it goes. Their whole church is into horseback riding and stuff so I guess it wont hurt for them to have one as long as they can afford to feed it over the winter months.

YES!!! we have a pastor! Praise the LORD....he said yes and the vote was 147 to 1 so that was wonderful. Yes he is from Kimberling City and it is a much bigger church than ours but he says he can see ours having to run 3 services on Sunday morning soon! WOW! He won me over when he said he could see us knocking the wall out in the fellowship hall and doubleing the size of it...I thought "YES, more room to party!" Anyway it is a done deal and we were all feeling so blessed last night. He is an excellent preacher and his wife is a real sweetheart!

So I will go see if I can catch Vicki before surgery this morning. Everyone pray for it to go well please. She is a dear lady and needs this done so badly. She had to be there at 5:30 but had no idea when surgery would actually be.

I had agreat time shopping. I found some really good deals. I bought a rain coat that is slightly big but it is blue and white and spring looking. It was such a good buy I couldn't resist. I figure once I had a big sweater on under it the coat should fit fine.I also got a dressy style blue jean jacket, a white shrug and a black shrug. Can you tell I was cold? I got a couple of t-shirts and some shapeware and socks. I only spent 90 bucks.I thought I did pretty good.That was at JCPenny. I also went to Macys and got a sweater and a shirt and only spent 20. I was tempted to get a sundress but the weather stopped me.I am sure I will need some hot weather clothes eventually.

I plan to hit some yard sales and keep checking the thrift stores. There is a thrift store here where all the clothes are fifty cents each. I do not feel to bad if somrthing doesn't work if I only spent fifty cents on it. I do have to stop buying so much. I have about twenty pairs of pants stacked in my closet,I need to try them on and find shirts to wear with them. I have found some good things at thrift stores but I have also found some junk. Its fun looking though.

Gotta get busy and head to work today. I sure could have slept in.Hope everyone has a good Monday.

Good Morning My Friends,

Just have a minute as I have to chop chop today... if I don't mow the grass today or tomorrow... we will be parting it to get in the door! ~tee hee Kinda like the Red Sea only in grass! ~ha

Mimi ~ It sure was ugly yesterday! I was like everyone else... cold cold cold! I can see that is going to get real old quick! ~ha  It already is!

Maybe there will be a chance I can come to the boot camp depending on when it is... I would dearly love it but will just have to see when you have it and what's going on.  It really does help to do the week of liquids... it shrinks the pouch if that is possible and seems like even as little as I can eat it's even less after the week... I think Andy found that out as well when he did the liquids with Susan... but wow he did it for a whole month or more!!!!  I'm so proud of him for that!!!  It's not easy and it kind of messes with my mind a bit too... I'm sure it was hormones but anyway he did so fantastic!

Sure hope you can get your pond all fixed and stop the leak.  And I guess Jo Jo deserves to get to go fishing this week...huh?  It seems like he is always having to fix or repair something like my Paul. 

Well the "Ladies" are looking so good!  I can't remember if I told you... that Tess has now decided she likes Paul's mustache!  It's funny... don't know if she is getting nesting material or what!!! ~tee hee  She sure is going to be fun.  They are turning a beautiful buff color.  They are not wanting to go into the house at night but perch on the ramp going in.  Also there were some BIG paw prints around the yard when we got home.... aught oh!  I told Paul he would never be able to let them roam free, one of the 29 dogs in the neighborhood would be right on them in a heart beat!

I hear it is to be in the low 80's several days at the end of the week.  Too bad we will be gone.... as I have so much to do outside.

Have to get ready for my trip on Wednesday too... want to make David and the boys a treat... and have to be ready to travel when I get back on Thursday night too.

Sugar Booger!  I'm so thrilled that you finally get to come see me!  I have been blessed to have so many from the board in my home and I'm just as excited and know I will be just as blessed to have you as well!

Andy's Susan ~ I'm just so happy and thrilled for you and the progress you are making! It's fantastic!  Sounds like you are getting some "prettiness" in your yard as well.

I am just as thrilled as I can be about my new strawberry plants... they were plugs and I think everyone of them are going to make it!  ALL of them have new leaves on them...even as cold as it has been. 

I just have to try and get some things in the ground today or tomorrow before I lose them.  Maybe the mowing will not take too long? I wish! I will probably be raking as high as it is!

Well I better get going on the day ... have to walk and then get out and get some of this yard work done before we leave again and can't get up the driveway when we come back!  I guess you all can tell it's bad huh? ~tee hee

Bec as you well know doing the all liquids isnt easy at all,  there were times during the month to 6 weeks I wanted to throw in the towel or bite sumones head off lol but Im totally glad I didnt because Im reaping the benefits of it now, losing right at 28 pounds on it was so well worth it and like you said it really seems the pouch shrunk because I sure can't eat like I was, Im still following Susans progession of her diet and I find myself eating pretty much like a newbie, its amazing, if I had only totally followed the rules 2 years ago i know i'd be at my goad already, but anyway, Im losing about 2 pounds a week so far so i'll sure take it for now.  Glad ur doin ok, dont be working to awful hard!!  Thanks for the kind words and encouragement.

Good morning OH family, I finally got a new computer praise the Lord I can now be more apart of the family again.....

Today is supposed to be beautiful along with the rest of the week do you think spring is finally here?  I think it's time to get my bike out and ride it, can't wait.......

Question????? Is there going to be an OH reunion this year?  I would like to come if I can manage it......

I haven't been exercising very much lately maybe as the weather starts to warm up I will get out more......I get bored with the gym I need variety!

I need to start looking for a summer job, school will be out as of May 20th so I need a job when this one ends for the summer.  I hate looking for a job, I just hope I can find one soon so I c an stop worrying about it. 

Well, better get some work done I'm off today have lots of laundry to do early so maybe later it will be warmer and I can ride my bike.
