Eatin' Good Thursday.....68 down....a billion to go...

Worked at the farm this afternoon....somehow fell behind this morning and couldn't get things done as quickly as I needed.  But I did get out there and worked.  Got thru 44 more boxes.  68 total.  But  a lot of these boxes today were smaller so they went quicker.  The boxes from the kitchen are the worst...each item has to be cleaned.  The things I've grouped together at one price (like books and most of the Avon) go quicker.  I'm a little concerned....there are SO MANY!  If I work Saturday with Mark, then every day next week I should get pretty close to getting most of it done.  The tent goes up the Monday night before, then Tuesday and Wednesday will be moving stuff yet again.  As much as I am ready for this to be over I am sure you are just as ready to quit hearing about it!!  heehee

Outta bed...coffee

Mid morning....left over baked beans (I make them with ground turkey and bacon) so loaded w/ protein.

Snacks at the farm....two protein bars

Dinner was 3 oz roast beef, 2 tbsp couscous, 2 tbsp green beans.

Water is good and vits are great.  I'm bushed, watching my shows and heading for bed.  Hope I sleep.  Last night was a little rough.  I was up until 1:30 trying to get to sleep.

How did you all do today?  I sure hope it was a good one.

Hi there! I have been MIA on here for a long time. I've been lurking a lot but not posting. I really need to start tracking my food so I'm forcing myself to be accountable for every bite I take. So, here goes.

Pre-Breakfast: Coffee with sugar free coffeemate

Breakfast:  1 cup Fage yogurt with sf vanilla davinci and blueberry preserves

Snack: 3 butterfinger bites, a few Nilla wafers, and some doritos....yikes! (This is why I'm back)

Lunch: Subway Italian BMT (6 inch) Didn't fini****

Snack: Mudslide protein shake

Dinner: Italian seasoned pork chop, 1/4 cup broccoli and cauliflower, and a small roll (last one from Easter)
 
Evening snack: Fage yogurt, cheesecake pudding mix, vanilla davinci, and sf caramel sauce. YUM!
I mowed the yard today. First time this year. It looks good. I really wish I had more time to get out there and pull some weeds and do more landscaping. Maybe after I graduate school. May 15!

Right now I'm drinking some water with a Special K protein water mix in, I've taken all my vits and I would estimate my protein to be at about 80 grams give or take so I'm doin okay on that. Just need to choose smarter snacks.

Hi Brandy!!!

Long time, no see!  Glad to see you back.  I just want you to know that I appreciate your honesty...I know there are times I want to fib and act like I haven't eaten the crud I sometimes eat.  But when I am honest then I know I make better choices because I don't want to have to fess up. 

Congrats on the upcoming graduation!  We'll give you a little hoot and holler when you do!
