Well it has been months and months....

since I have posted. So much has happened and yesterday was my surgery anniversary. I have only lost 80 lbs!!! I know that is a lot but I wanted to lose double that. Right now my life is going good. I live in sullivan Mo and I don't know of any support groups near me so if you know of any please let me know. I just wanted to stop in and say hello and that I hope everyone is doing well. I am sorry to hear about Brenda. Well wishes to her.

Glad you could pop in. From what I can gather from your profile you are what they call a light weight as was I. It took me a year to lose 98 lbs and it wasn't until 18 months total time that I lost the remainder of 32 lbs that I wanted to lose. You have done very well. Hang in there. Don't you feel and look so much better? Your tool works just use it well. Be patient. It took alot longer to put it on.

I do not know of any meetings in Sullivan but you could meet me in St Robert and go to the meeting in Osage Beach. The BBF's would love to have you. 80 pounds in a lot of weight so do not get discouraged.Be proud of yourself.
