WHATS HAPPENING TUESDAY
Went to get some blood drawn this morning for test, they must be supplying the vampires, they sure took a lot of blood. But she was really good and I didn’t even know when she stuck me...boy sure is a lot different than what it was when I was fatter. They use to have to dig and dig around in my arm for a long long time to fine a vein. But they find one real quick now.
Well just read some of the latest on the subject of DS on here , man it sure is getting bad.
I guess im controlling all of you lol....wow if I only had that power. I sure don’t mean to control anyone , I didn’t start this post to control anyone I started it because there would be days and days of no one on the
Monday , as they say , was certainly blue huh? Has been cold too... im like everyone else this weather sure is cold...and im freezing. Im sitting in the house all wrapped up like it is 30 below.. I cant seem to get wiarm no matter what I do. It is awful but I will take it over being hot all the time...remember that ....wearing shorts and t shirts even in the winter?
Sweating all the time, thank God I don’t do that anymore. I don’t like being so cold all the time but it is still a lot better than that.
Wednesday Joe has to go to Branson and see his back doctor, on the way home I hope to stop at the nursery and get a truck load of good dirt to mix with my compost that I have worked on all winter. I am going to need it to fill up all of the mineral tubs....
Oh does anyone on here have a prescription for Nasonex? SUSAN:::::: I guess most everyone hid their kids easter eggs inside yesterday, they would have floated off if hid outside. Lol boy you know it about needing a drink of water when I got out of there. I took my protein coffee already mixed up with me in a thermos jug and when I got out I drank all of that, and too fast so I got a tummy ache. This is still a learning experience I guess. Wow congratulations’ on the 40 pounds that you have lost...that is amazing...keep walking , keep on your diet, and you will gain the title that so many of us have held of the (incredible shrinking woman)lol
SUSIE::::::: I know everyone keeps talking about you can lose after a certain amout of time but you can, it is just not quite as easy....mainly do to the fact that after being out from surgery you are usually eating pretty normal except for sweets and starches. So you have to work at it a little more.....but your right Andy is the perfect example that it is never too late....
I agree too about what you said on the post and being able to get your point across without being mean ....dont worry about it , it will all be ok. Eventually.
BEVERLY B:::::: well one of our wandering children has reappeared lol. It is hard to get on line every day , with losing all the weight you have and being able to do so much more. That is so good that you can get around with out so much pain anymore.
Your right about people attacking you for being a Christian, hmmmmm we must be doing something right , you think?
I have several more things that I need to get planted too. and another bed of strawberries is one of them....i had a goodly supply for Joe and I all summer last year. So I am hoping that another amount of them will make enough to put some away this year....i really am thinking I might need to buy another deep freeze for our veggies this year...I HOPE
PEGGY:::::wow sounds like you all are going to have a really huge sale....i hope I can find some of the things that are on my list lol .looking for a pot that will go into the deep well of Big Red...is missing on mine and a lot of people say they have found them at garage sales and such especially from old pots and pans ....wear ever I think it is and then the name Chambers will be on it too....anyway if anyone happens to have one of these I would like to buy it from you lol ...hoping your mil had one ...just that partial list has me drooling .
I know you will be so glad to get it over with....what are you going to do with all the left overs? Because there will be left overs you know.
Don’t let the kiddos get you down to much sweetie, there isn’t anything you can do about anything they do or don’t do now....that is up to them to deal with all of that and nothing you can or should do about it....I know the mother hen in all of us wants to (fix it) but we have to learn to accept the fact that when they get grown it is our place to stand back and let them (fix it)....take care of YOU, we all love you and want you to be healthy and well.
I know it is easy to get upset about what is happening to your kids , I know I start getting pulled into the things with my daughter and then I have to step back and say NO I wont let myself get into that again. she is grown and is more able than me to work on those problems . and I know I cant fix it it is up to her....

All of this rain sure is making me. I give up and started taking naproxen sodium and pepcid at the same time...it helps some to knock the inflammation down some...and eases some of the pain making it tolerable.. I was trying to take it without the pepcid and it was burning my stomach but added the pepcid and it quit hurting.
Hey that is good about your ex, hopefully he will get it all together and pay you off. Could do some major things huh? And your dad that is so sad, you would think that people could see that the things they have done wrong all their life hasn’t been working and would get help....will be praying about both situations. And expecially your pain and health.
I havcnt gotten hold of Randy yet so I don’t know anything else...will try a little later or in the morning....I hope she is doing better.

BEV::::: wow good to see you again ....you have done fantastic on your weight loss. There is a plastic surgeon in Springfield that takes medicare....but medicare wont pay for the arms will only pay for the lower tummy...the rest you will have to pay for...that I s the pit isn’t it? I think if they pay for the surgery they need to pay for the plastics to help us finish up. Good morning to all.sure wi**** would warm up some today.only made it to 46 yesterday here.they say we should reach 54 today and 70 by tomorrow.that would be great.
i am walking a little better.when andy and i went walking yesterday i made it around the whole figure 8 one time without stopping one time to catch my wind.before i would have to stop 3 or 4 time's before i could get around.
jan please let us know about brenda nutt soon as you hear something.tell randy we are praying for both of them.
i got some lactose free milk yesterday jan.andy was asking me why the milk we had in the house was making me sick and when we are out somewhere i could drink one of those protien milkshakes with only 3 carb's and 3 sugar's and i did not get sick on them.i looked at one of those shake's yesterday at country mart and i did not know they are 100% lactose free.i had a protien shake when i got home and the lactose free milk went down ok.i did not get sick.
sugar you are doing soo good with working out.we have been walking.just let me know if you all want to have a clothing exchange this month i will be glad to bring in my clothe's that are too big.i have some nice dresses and skirt's.some pant's too.
bev the rest of the weight will come off for you before you know it.there are other's at a stall and it started to come off for them.just hang in there.you are doing good.

Its suppose to warm up today-I am waiting for it. Maybe, just maybe-that will help my back ease up pain wise. So far, hasnt happened-but I heard its suppose to get to the 60s today-and that would just be awesome! Jon and I just walked out to the Morton Bldg to get some ground chuck from the deep freeze and the sun is shining and its just gorgeous out there, but still cold. Just a chill in the air. Darn it. Wi**** were as warm as it is nice-there is so much I want/need to do when I look around out there!
The lawn REALLY needs to be cut/weeded. The fence needs to be fixed. We need to finish planting. We need to get started on the pool area and then we already started on painting the cans that we will use on the privacy fence and plant the climbing plants in, to give the area some color. Its going to be nice, provided we get some time without the rain and appts to get it all done!
When Mike got home last night, we had to go put up two sections of cattle fencing where Sebastian has knocked down the privacy fence sections several times. We just got tired of repairing the privacy fencing. So, now there are 2 sections of cattle gaurd and I dont care how big that dog is-he will NOT get through both of those! HAHA! I just looked at him last night and laughed!
Well, Ive lost another 2# since I posted yesterday! LOL... Not sure how long this will last. Guess I better get back on and research that side affect. I know its a major side affect of the Tramadol-but not sure how many #s. I know I heard anywhere from 30-50....I dont have that much to lose-that much to lose. That would be bad!
I am going to get some responses done, I am making spagetti and getting ready to put it in the crock pot to cook while I go to town. Coffee is on sale for 5.50 and I have coupons for .55 off-so I am going to go get a couple since the sale ends today.
Jan-I feel stupid-but what is DS?? Im not sure what your controlling? LOL.....How funny!!! I dont think you could do that if you tried. I think you can give your opinion, and Im not gonna lie-sometimes you can be spirited....(for lack of better term) BUT...thats far from controlling. You never say-do this or you cant post here!
Now-as far as you stopping this thread-PLEASE DONT. My heart just drops when I get in here and I dont see it and its later in the morning! I really do-and Im sure I am not the only one, so PLEASE DO NOT STOP! Now-I do understand that you would want/need a break once in awhile-because when I have filled in for you, it has become overwhelming,and thats just been days, here and there LOL, so, I think if you want/need a break here and there-I, for one, would be willing to take a couple of days to give you a break-and Im sure others will be too-if you want to throw a calender up and ask for some volunteers to take a couple of days here and there......just ask and go from there-but count me in-BUT......NOT FOREVER! ONLY to give you a break-K? Love you and YOUR THREAD TOO MUCH!

Supposed to go out and work but I'm not sure I'll make it. Tummy is not being very nice. I just might try to spend the day getting things done around here and make sure I hit it early in the am. I know when my attitude stinks then I will do everything in my power not to go so I might as well not go.
Janet....Topamax and I don't get along. It never did a thing for my headaches. Sure I lost about 10 pounds but it messed with my head. While I was on it I was in the hospital for the seizures and the nurses called it Dopamax. haha. Mainly because it has a tendancy to make your mind "foggy". I hated that part of it. I now have times I can't remember well and it was when I was taking it. It doesn't bother everybody but I know it wasn't a good fit for me. Just want you to be aware if you start finding yourself struggling. You can send me your number but I don't know when to give you a call. You are always on the go! Not sure when everybody is coming up but this puppy is huge. We've rented a 40x100 tent and I'm sure the furniture will have to be outside. The tables will be full of stuff. I'm going to try to update the listing by the end of the week.
Jan....I know. It's just so hard to see someone hurting your kids and not being able to fix it. I just let her vent and keep my mouth shut. She's going to have to get her husband to stand up for her and one of these days she will. He will either choose her or his mother and I feel very sorry for him if he chooses his mother. Shelby is one tough cookie and she loves her husband dearly but she will not let him get away with that! They are just meddling and controlling people. The kids took them to the church they are members of while in Washington and all they could do was say how it wasn't like their church here. Some people! Their attitude is that the church they attend is the only church God approves of. Phffffft. They go home today and I know Shelby is ready for them to go. They want to visit again when Michael gets home from Afghanistan and Shelby is already telling him they aren't coming again that soon. They were there when he got home 8 months ago, they are there as he is getting ready to go again and now they want to be there again. Shelby is frustrated because they are trying to control again. We'll see what happens.

Spring seems to have sprung past us and gone somewhere else. I bet it goes straight to summer and I hope I do not complain.
