I found this site and it made me feel a little better about my slow weight loss. I am only five pounds off where I should be. I can live with five pounds. It gives you a month to month of expected weight loss. I guess I will hush about losing slower, at least for a while.

Thanks for posting that!  Like you, I have been a slow loser and it is so discouraging at times.  I am one pound under my expected weight loss per the charts.

According to that chart, Im not going to lose much at all....lol....suppose to only reach 170....it way off for me...weighed in this morning at 138....which means Im only 13 from DR's goal and 23 from my personal goal!!

You need to tell it you want to lose 100 percent of excess weight. I think it will change your numbers. You have already surpassed most peoples expectations. Way to go on the 138.
