Nervous, Worried

Well in 24 hours I am hoping to be up and walking or at least sitting on the side of the bed. I have to be a University Hospital in Columbia at 11. I thought maybe I would be first one up but guess I am not. I will deal with that.
 I am nervous about the surgery. I am more worried than the orginal surgery back in 2002. I guess I know that this could be more serious than the 1st one.
 Anyway, sorry to babble. But would everyone say a prayer for all my friends who are having the surgery and myself tommrow and for our families. Thanks, Beck

I think we all understand your concern.  Doing this once is scary but doing it again is probably even scarier.  I mean, you know what is going to happen and how you are going to feel!  All surgery is scary and this is even more so.

I'm not sure why you are having a revision.  Is everything ok with you or have you had complications?  Is this just to help you finish the original journey?

Sure will be praying for you tomorrow!  Let us know how you're doing when it's all said and done.

Thanks Peggy!  I have lost over 200 pounds. But for the past year I have been having trouble eating and have been gaining some weight back along with some of my other health problems. Anyway, the doctor did some testing and found out that where my espho connects to my stomach should have been made a great deal smaller the 1st time. So I basically have a little pouch that has got build up in it and causing me to gain weight, get sick. So now they are going in to remove that section and reconnect me again hopefully the correct way. My ideal weight when I first started was to be below 250. I have beat that. I am at 225. I would love to get below 200.
 I will keep you all up to date. Thanks for the prayers.
