I'm trying to determine whether or not to continue this thread.  I know a few of you read it but only one or two actually post to it.  I wanted it to be helpful to newbies and old timers (like me) but I also don't want to continue it if it isn't being helpful.  My question is:  does this post help you even if you choose not to post a reply?  That's my goal....even if you only read the post, do you gain from it?  Let me know...

My day....

Outta bed....coffee

Noonish.....protein bar and 3 oz cheese

Snacks...handful of peanuts and SF pudding cup

Late afternoon....leftover pineapple souffle'

Dinner will be after dancing.  Water is ok and vits are great.

Thanks and let me know if this post is helpful or just one more thing you have to read!

Peggy,

This post is very helpful to Susan and I, especially when I post it.  I've got to be more diligant about posting here.  I'll sure try harder to getter done!!

Outta Bed - Raspberry Protein Shake, Susan had an Apple Protein Shake.

Lunch - We went up to Springfield so we stopped at Village Inn and got a small cup of Cottage Cheese, yummmmm!!

Supper - Susan had another Apple protein shake and I had a 1/2 cup of blended veggie soup, low carb Progresso, was really good.

Water is a  bit off, we'll try to get some good water in between now and bed, vitamins are on track, we walked once this morning, did more walking at Walmart.  Its been such a long day, Im wore out.  I can already see I gotta get a move on cuz Susan is begining to get more energy,  Im gonna have a hard time keeping up with that girl  lol.

Thanks again for doing this post  Peggy.

Andy

Hi I find your post to be very helpful to me, I kind of measure what I eat compared to what I see others eating . I would like to post on here more often but I eat  and sleep erratic so I would have to post very late to be done, maybe I will just post from the day before. Please dont stop posting I really enjoy reading it even when I don't post.  yesterdays
out of bed protein shake 30 g protein

16 oz coffee w/splenda a lttle creamer
20 oz bottle diet green tea
a few chicken pieces ritisserie chicken (about equiv to a breast) no skin
a way too large amt of chester cheese puffs at least 3 cups (1 serv 3 cups 160 calories)  i have a serious weakness where these are concerned!!
more diet green tea 20 oz have been sick so i'm thirsty!
a few strawberries dipped in splenda cantaloupe, honeydew and red grapes  so so so good I don't even really miss sugar anymore, once in awhile i get a twinge of cake longing but if I take even one bite i'll eat the whole thing, I already did that once..(.well two whole small cupcakes)
think that's about it

Good Evening Miss Peggy....

Oh STINK!  Today I had to get a piece of grilled chicken... I went to town and was in there way too long, my poor Paul nearly had to scrape me up off Lowe's floor!  I thought I was going to pass out! It felt like my blood sugar bottomed out but the chicken did make me feel better after a bit???... we went to Wendy's and I took the piece of grilled chicken off the sandwich and ate half of it...  $4.19  about killed me to pay that much for a small piece of chicken... it took a bit but I did feel better after a while... this did teach me a lesson to go prepared even if I THINK I'm only going to be gone a short time... I know to do that... I am going to store a couple bottles of the Isopure in my car from now on... but I will be back on the liquids tomorrow. I had two shakes and that stink'n piece of chicken!  I'm unhappy about that but it is my own fault.  I just now thought I could of gotten some juice... duh!!! Don't know what's wrong with my thinking! I was thinking protein I guess?

My liquids were not what they have  been the past four days, but I did get all my vits in and walked 7.5 miles today... my sweet Paul went out and walked 3 of them this evening with me.... I like walking in the dark... the moon was out so nice!

You asked how long I plan to do the liquids... until I can post I've lost 100 lbs!!! I'm so close but just not quite there! Darn it!

Now about the post... you know I would like you to keep it but I sure understand if you can't keep it up or don't want to.

I appreciate every time I see you post to any thread... you just bless me a great deal!

I'm sad "our" dancing will be over for a time... you really should take "us" out to "trip the lights" through out the summer! ~ha
