It has stopped working. No stones it just decided it was worthless, got depressed and stopped working for me.  Well it is only working 10% of the time according to the tests. I guess this would be my first complication.  I will not complain because I am 10 months out and over 200 lbs lighter.  I wonder how much a gallbladder weighs? Surgery  is scheduled April 16th t 10 AM and I was told it is an outpatient procedure. I will be going home the same day. WOW

Hey....

Is Dr. Hoehn going to take it out?  He did mine and I told him I was running out of body parts for him to remove.  He snickered and reminded me I still have a few he could remove.  Stinker!  He removed my thyroid also.

Sorry you have to have another procedure but you will feel so much better when it's out.  I didn't realize how bad I felt until it was removed.  I had a small complication and ended up in the hospital for four days, so pay attention if your pain level changes suddenly.

I know you'll do great!

Dr. Hoehn and Tim just removed my gall bladder March 18. Like Peggy said you will feel so much better once it is out. It was a simple procedure and took no time at all. I got car sick coming home which is very unusual for me. The bad news is they must not weigh hardly anything cause mine was full of sludge and stones and I even got a haircut and when I went in for the followup last Monday I hadn't lost any weight darn it.
Good luck with the surgery you know you have the best surgery team available of course,
Connie B.
