WHATS HAPPENING MONDAY
Well I was notified yesterday that my order for the choc. Creamy bites are on their way....hopefully they are as good as they use to be....she said that the next flavor that would be made would be the lemon and then the caramel. I ask them if they still had the good taste as before and they said it was te exact same formula....so I assume that means yes...lol will let you know...they are still only 250 mg of calcium citrate so would mean that you had to do 6 of them a day...but I will continue doing my pills except for 2 of them and will do 2 of the creamy bites while sitting and watching tv as if they are candy lol .will be my treat each night.
Was a beautiful day Saturday even if it were a slight bit cool....i got my peas and lettuce planted...was going to plant some other things but I wore out....just not quite up to par I guess for some reason....
I guess I better go shave my legs since I have to go show my legs to someone . lol
I forget to shave them some times ....especially in the winter. How about you girls am I the only one that doesn’t shave much in the winter?? Silly question huh?

Is suppose to be pretty today, up about 10 degrees more than Sunday was. And it was up to 59 degrees so that means tomorrow will be up to almost 70....humm I wonder if it would be warm enough to wear capris to dr. appointment???

We have to get the rest of the chicken wire around the bottom of the fence to keep out the rabbits. Don’t want them eating all of our fresh veggies .....

LOU:::::I just know you are going to get that other two pounds gone in how many more days? 8? I bet you make it....but now if you don’t , hang on and don’t be upset...i don’t think you will you are pretty level headed ....are you getting any more calories in ? I know it isn’t easy but you really really need at least 1000 calories especially since you exercise like you do....

Wanted to drop by and say Hi....Been on the go alot lately and not had time to do much online....I hate not having anything to do but sometimes it seems once I start going and doing I don't have time to even think clearly lol lol....
My moms been in the hospital with alot of fluid build up...But she is doing better and got to come home today.....
Two of my girls had a 4 wheeler accident Wednesday but are doing ok....Hollie has a million bruises and is rainbow color now lol lol...
My boy passed his final PT test!!!! I am so proud of him....He had to work super hard to do it...He was doing fantastic with his running and set ups but because of his long arms he was reallly having problems with the push ups....At 6'7 he has pretty long arms and legs lol lol.....But he hung in there and pushed till he got it done.....YEAHHHH BUBBA!!!!!!.....Monday Im reserving our room for his graduation because we are going the day before for family day and a banquet they are having...And got to get our banquit tickets ordered too.....His graduation is April 16th.....I can promise ya Ill be in tears that day lol lol.....
We only have 4-6 more weeks till we get our new bundle of joy!!! Me and Joe went with Christina to her last OB apt and he said anything after 36 weeks he wont stop her because the baby is doing so well.....At 7 months she was done up to 4lbs... Her actual due date is May 13th and if she goes to that date Ms Macy will be a big lil girl!! He estimates if she goes full term Macy will be around 8lbs or better.....
Well I hope your all doing well....Hope to see some of ya soon...Just not sure when Ill be able to make it....Will be trying to make it near a COF meeting time and hope to stay in the area 2-3 days at least so I can visit and catch up with some of yuns.....

Well my dear "adviser"... my plants seems to have weathered this last spell of cold and snow well as far as I can tell... but sounds like we are still not "out of the woods" yet?
It is to be near 70 today here as well so I need to do some work in the garage and in the "upper room"... then tomorrow it is to be cold again... day on... day off... all week long. I am hoping I can at least get my strawberry beds done and my plants in the ground... I have them wrapped in a moist paper towel right now I hope they are ok like that?
I sure hope they can help you with your knee so you will not have to live with so much pain. I feel for you. I know how hard it is to put up with my back and I know it must be terrible when you have pain all over!

Well it's time again to get out there and hit the dirt! ~tee hee I have salvaged my "not so NEW shoes any more" and am going to see how they do... I had to get new shoe laces and inserts for them but I think they are going to work at least for a while... worse for the "chewing" 
they received but maybe still usable? Yes Mimi, I guess I might as well laugh at all this stuff that has happened to me lately... I am thankful that in the scope of things they are not "serious".

How is everyone doing today? I hope this post finds everyone healthy and happy. I thought I had better get on here and get my post done, because my week is starting to look like I may not have much time......again. LOL.....
We had a lazy day on Saturday, because my back/tailbone were killing me again. Although it feels much much better when I am standing up for the tailbone, when I stand too much, then the lower back hurts-so there was just no winning in that situation. Mike bought some wraps, that hold the ice packs-and so we had one wrapped to go to the lowest part of my back/rear that it could and then another in the middle of my back. The ice feels so good sometimes, its like it freezes the nerve endings or something and briefily gives me relief-about 10 minutes or so.
Yesterday, Mike had practice for his RC cars-couldnt do it on Sat because of the weather, but yesterday, the track was still a little damp, but do-able all the same, so they were rebuilding the announcers tower, the drivers tower and the pit area-and for everyone that helped-they bought them pizza-so Mike and the boys had a free lunch. I took about 3 bites, but knew it wasnt going to sit right, so gave it back toe the guys-LOL...anyway-BIG race next Sat, the 4th and so Mike is going to be busy all week long after work, practicing. The best part of yesterday, was after we were done at the track, we went to see Mackenzie. We havent seen her since we got home from Branson-so a whole week-and she has changed in that week! Her cheeks are chubbier and I cant believe how long she is!!! When Mike and I were holding her-she now coos and gargles at you-its so awesome! We just LOVE that! I couldnt believe the changes in her! She also has dimples now, and she laughs/giggles AND smiles at you-when its NOT gas! I just cant get over how much being a grandparent means to us. You all understand if your a grandparent-there is no real way to describe it....LOL....but its just AWESOME! I LOVE IT!
So, this week is really busy with appts and such. Then, Friday night Darrel is having a sleep over for his 15th bday (God help me......) its going to be a trip-thats for sure. Anyway, so he is having a sleep over. We are going to do pizza and cake and then I got chips, soda etc-and they are ALL video geeks-so they will be playing video games etc-and Im sure they will be up ALL night long, since they have with all the other boys' and their sleep overs, I cant see why my house would be any different....LOL... At least we know all the boys and their parents but one, and they are pretty good kids-no disrespectful bratty kids-so thats always a plus. So, when they all leave Saturday afternoon, I have a bridal shower to go to-and then home to change my clothes and off to the track to show Mike moral support. Gosh, I sure hope he wins top 3 anyway...he has been practicing and doing so good-Im pretty excited about it and have such high hopes for him. Anyway, so its going to be a busy weekend. All week between appts, I have started the down right hard, deep cleaning and organizing and am getting rid a lot of things, marking things for the sale, tossing stuff or putting it in the burn barrel......then we are also planting-so we just have a lot going on. Yesterday when we got home, we filled all the bird feeders with bird food/seed and then made the hummingbird food and filled all of them as well. We had a blast, the boys and I-cuz Jon got the giggles when I was using a funnel to fill one of the hummingbird feeders and he was holding it and I WAY overfilled it-and it went ALL OVER JON!!! His hands, arms, chest, down his legs, ankles and in his shoes. What a mess-but it was cute and we all laughed, so no harm done. We asked if we should just hang him on a hook instead of the feeder since he was wearing all their food and he took me seriously!!! LOL
My ex goes to court tomorrow for his back child support. The state/county is charging him with 2 felonys, I believe they said class C. Im not sure what the class means-but anyway, he owes 9,000. and he called and told me that I needed to go too-and I called child support and they gave me the number for the prosecuting attorneys office and I called them and the lady I talked to-Gina, said no-this is between him and the state and that I dont need to attend tomorrows court date OR any other court date-UNLESS he comes in there with receipts signed by me (there are none) saying that he has paid me off-and doesnt owe the money.......well, considering one time, he paid a friend to go to his attorneys office and say they were me, to have "me" sign off on a settlement he owed to me for the child support-well, when I went in to meet the attorney, it wasnt me that was in there earlier. What a mess.....so anyway-yeah-this time I am NOT going.....they told me that there is nothing I could do either way, so I am choosing not to go-even tho he asked me, his partner asked me and they even had Stephanie call and ask me. She asked whst would happen if he goes to jail tomorrow....I told her that she is more than welcome to come out and stay permanently till he gets out-not just here and there. So, at least she knows she does have somwhere to go.
Weds Stephanie has a dentist appt, and asked me to go with her to that and she also wants Spencer to go too.....I asked her if we could just do a mom and daughter day, since I havent gotten much time with JUST her. He is always there and I just want time with her, to myself. Selfish I know......but I cannot help it!
We got good news the other day-Mike IS going to be able to take a vaca this summer, for sure-UNLESS his co-worker gets fired or quits. IF he doesnt do either, then we will be going for 10 days in May....YAY YAY YAY!!!!! We cant wait. Please say prayers that nothing will happen with Rick-so that we will be able to get away and do a family vaca and relax. We sure are looking forward to it.
Well, I need to get this finished. I have to give my mutt a bath, so that when I go to town, I can pick up her flea drops and get her treated for them, then I have to stop at the store and get some staples and get home and start on the cleaning up the hobby rooms/stephs old room.....have a lot to do today!
**Jan- so your appt today is for your knee? are you going to have it replaced soon? Doesnt Joe have an appt today for another injection? Let us know how it all goes! Love and miss ya and cant wait to give u hug!!
**Vesta-what kind of babies did you get? Tell us about them. How are you doing? You have been in my thoughts and prayers. We love you and keep your chin up! Those new little ones wll most likely keep you busy-LOL.....

Only have a few minutes but I wanted to get on and apologize for not doing the Eatin' Good thread for a few days. It will be back tonight. It has just been a rough week and we are just going non stop. And he just called and asked me to meet him for lunch so now I have to rush around and get ready to go take him his morning meds since he forgot them. So it's mostly a "honey, I need you" request with lunch thrown in!
We had dancing Friday night, then we went to The Eagles concert in KC on Saturday night. Had to drive there in the blizzard! But it was worth it. For a bunch of old men (haha) they are still amazing. Wow... Then last night was an evening out with friends. And while I am home I am STILL trying to get this house back in order. We had to get a new TV (old one went kaput) and it's a flat screen. Of course it doesn't fit in the cabinet so we went and got a media chest. So now where to put the cabinet that is still a beautiful piece of furniture but is huge. I have tried it in 3 different rooms and am pulling out my hair. I will try again this afternoon and see what happens. I just want my house back in order. What a whiner... So many of you have legitimate issues and I am whining about furniture....sigh.
Remember that our sale starts on April 30 thru May 2. I will make sure and post a link to the stuff thats in the sale when I get closer. I will really have to advertise if I want to get rid of her junk.
Janet....hope you let me know when you come up for your doctor. I would love to actually meet you! And you are having a sale? My hubby collects Coke and he would kill me if you were selling stuff and I didn't come to your sale. So let me know when and where...k?

andy had to go to columbia today for a one month check up with the doctor.he left at 800am already.the ride service took him.so it is just me and the kid's here till tonight.
got my first walk in this morning my first protien shake in and all my vit's down.thing's are going good for me.andy is doing good also.i am feeling better jan.i know walking will keep on getting better for me each time i walk.i can hardly wait to weigh at the doctor's office on wednesday.
jan you and joe have a safe trip today.we are praying the doctor's can do something for your knee and your hip pain.thank's for picking up some protien power at walmart for us.like you said it sure does go fast with 2 people drinking 3 shake's a day each.

I finally heard from Stephanie - at least I know she is ok but these 2 line emails are not enough. Had to control myself and not write something I could not take back to her so I did not even reply...If I can get in 60 gms of protein with food - do you think I can stop doing the protein supplements? Have not had a potato chip since friday evening. Tried a lasagna recipe using deli sliced turkey for the pasta and it was good except a bit to salty for me. Trudy also brought chocolate chip cookies that have the no sugar chips and almond flour and the macaroons with no carbs. I had a lot of pouch pain after eating the macaroon not remembering that I have not had any cocnut since my RNY then it hit me. It bothered me the same way that rice does so we need to avoid it. This gal has lost 84 pounds but just cutting out all white flour and sugar and doing the low carb meals. She is going to make a cookbook and wanted my apple pie recipe to put in it. I told her I got it off the splenda package. She is going to pick up some brown sugar twin for me to try. I can't find it around here.
The snow is almost all gone here now and it looks like a muddy mess.
My fur babies need baths but will wait a few days for it to get a little warmer. Cassie is digging at her ears again so I need to get them doctored up. I love my schnauzers but they sure are high matinance dogs.
Did not get any of my seedlings transplanted to bigger seed pots like I had planned. I guess the snow kind of damped my gardening spirit.
