Eatin' Good Wednesday...busy, busy
I have wanted to respond to those of you who post here but it has been absolutely crazy here in the evenings and then I hit the road running in the mornings. So please don't think I'm ignoring you...
Another crazy day....full of dr. appts and running around. Plus I had my son over to get our new TV up and running so I took him to lunch. We had a nice visit. Tomorrow will be another farm day...should be mostly packing up the loose stuff and getting ready to move boxes from storage. BUT....now they are calling for snow on Saturday.
Outta bed...coffee
Lunch...fajita taco salad, some chips and white cheese About 3 oz of meat.
Snacks...protein bar, strawberries w/splenda, 2 oz cheese
Dinner....1/2 small grilled meat and cheese sandwich, small salad
Water is fair but vits are great. I hope to spend a little more time visiting with each of you tonight or tomorrow. I do take the time to see what you are posting so post away!!!

Ok so Im still struggling with the food idea...but at least Im tring....so here it is...
Breakfast~~ Muscle Milk Lite....20g protein....yeah....except easy going in and well made my pouch a little angry and then decided "Nope" but did keep it in for about an hour...maybe I absorbed a little...whats ya think??
Lunch~~ Found some crackers that sounds good for us to eat...I posted the info..anyway....1 cracker and a slice of deli CoJack cheese...yes cheese again...and a slice of Turkey meat from deli....
Dinner~~ same thing as lunch....and a SF pudding....
Not much but Im full and really dont have the desire to eat anything else.....
Daily Plate totals were a little better than yesterday....
Sugars...5 Carbs...39 Cal...505 Protein...42
Still not good but better some what....
Vits are great and Water...down a little...will work on that better tomorrow....

I know you are really trying to find something that works for you. Just keep trying and you can always post here for suggestions. I know I would have and probably still would if it weren't for cheese. So if it works, do it. Have you tried black beans yet? They helped me through some rough times. I warmed them and added shredded cheese and ate slowly. They are great in protein and complex carbs.
I'm also glad you're keeping track on Daily Plate...that will help you as you try to improve. Just don't want your body shutting down in starvation!

yogurt w/ protein- breakfast
snack- deli ham
lunch- two pork ribs and a little beans
dinner- beef strips, asparagus and cantaloupe
snack -few pork rinds
I have had pork rinds in the house for weeks and have been strong and avoided them. I can say I am able to limit how many I eat at one time now too. For a while they were my biggest temptation and when I allowed myself to have some when I wanted them they began to lose their appeal.This is a personal victory for me.
