WHATS HAPPENING THURSDAY
The fence post are all set around the garden... Joe and Andy got them all set and since the men were out here doing surveying work for our neighbors we had them to check and see if our fence was right ...lol so got it right on the line , now no one can say that it isn’t right lol
Well guys to the north of us sounds like you will be getting some snow soon....that is bad but it could be worse...snow insulates so it probably wont affect your trees and flowers even if they are budded out ready to bloom, most things will be alright. I have had tulips in bloom and come a freezing rain and freezes ice all over them ...when the ice melted the tulips were just fine and continued to bloom...
I am already amxious to see my yard next spring...i have ordered a bushel of different .color daffodils and am going to plant them all over the front yard. Wont that be pretty?
The Peonies are all up about 6 inches , today several tulips popped open....some are beautiful colors...one is salmon color on the outside and bright orange on the inside...it is really neat. oMy clematis are all up and putting on trendills....i now have 8 of them on the back fence...i just love them don’t you? Roses all have buds too....the Jasmine has yellow buds all over it...i love this time of year.
SUSAN::::: Thanks for planting some of those seeds for me today, my fingers didn’t want to work....i had trouble with them all day too. along with the knees and back.
I just want to tell you how proud of you I am.....you have been out of surgery just a little of a week and Lord girl, already getting all your water in and all your vits. Down....keep it up you are going to be seeing weight loss going and coming.
BEC:::::::That sounds like us and the projects. I don’t think we could get them all done if we completed a new one every single day lol for a year...think we ought to get together and we could wipe them out together.?????
BARB:::::::: so sorry to hear about your mother in law will be praying for her that is for sure.
SUSIE:::::: sounds like you are so ready with those smaller clothes you bought . keep with the program and leave off those carbs except for good carbs....you don’t need many of then anyway....
LOU:::::: yep I agree you will make it and go over it probably...so Rock On Baby....
You are doing amazing.

My mouth is feeling alotttttt better. I was so nervous to go get my tooth pulled. I looked back at my husband twice as I walked toward the hall to the exam room. He just kept saying you'll be ok you can do it. He was right but I wasn't so sure at the time. The stiches came out today well one did. She said they would dissolve or come out on their own and they have. I can still feel infection in my cheek but I think it'll be gone soon. I'm going to my PCP tomorrow so I'll ask him. Keep up the great work Susan you're an awesome WLS patient!!!

I just want to say how much I appreciate all of your kind words and wishes concerning this sale. Some days I get so depressed and exhausted and I know I can come on here and get uplifted. So thank you all. And I am tickled that so many of you want to come. I hope it will be worth your time. If I weren't having it I would have loved to go to it. I'm planning to place an ad on Craig's List so I will post the link for you to see what will be there. There will be something for everybody.
I need to go out there today and I am really struggling. I just need to kick myself in my sore hiney and go! I really don't know what I will do when I don't have this to think about anymore. Yes, I do! I'm gonna party and travel! Woot.
I went to a gynecologist yesterday and he thinks a lot of my issues are my thyroid med. So I am going to have to find an endocrinologist that will listen to me and not just look at my numbers. The gyno still wants to look at all my scans and test and decide if I need an ablation or what. ANYTHING will be better than what I am dealing with now.
I am also worried about Mark's aunt. Remember the one that had shoulder surgery and I stayed with her almost every day? I think she may need more surgery. The physical therapist has given up on her shoulder. So we have to see what the ortho doc says. She in her 70's and is beginning to repeat herself often. Plus she has bad knees and I'm terrified that she will fall down the stairs and not be able to get up. When she falls she can't get up. Someone has to physically lift her. She fell two days after her surgery and that may be why she's not getting better.
So anyway, that's it for my whining. I know so many of you are going thru difficult times that are way too personal to share. I hurt for those of you that are suffering.
Love and hugs.

Life isn't about about waiting for the storm to pass...
It's about learning to dance in the rain.
Lou, I think about you and exercise every time I step on my scale. It makes me think I have to do more. You amaze me working two jobs taking care of a family and exercising like you do.
I have vowed to not eat potatoes anymore. Maybe a sweet potato but no more white potatoes. I know they are not good for me. They were responsible for most of weight prior to surgery. I think I can do this, no I will do this.Maybe the scale will move this week. I imagine putting on a swimsuit will be a lot of motivation to stay away from any carbs.
Peggy the snow may be coming so you can have time to rest.
I have loads to do to get ready for my trip. Deciding what to pack is hard. This is the first time I have flown since surgery so it will be interesting to see how the seat feels. I know it will not be as tight as it used to be.
Enjoy the sunshine while it lasts.
I an not ready for more snow... I want warm weather, tired of wearing sweatshirts and sweaters and flannel pj's! I want to plant garden... All of the basil seeds have come up, I took off the plastic wrap from the top of the seed tray as they had pushed it up. Anxiously waiting for the green peppers to come up now. Will start more tomatoe seeds this weekend.
Has anyone grown parsnips or have eaten them? They are used alot on the food network and I have never had them. I refuse to pay almost $4 for 3-4 of them at walmart to try them so I spent $1.09 for a pack of seeds and will try to grow them along with the carrots.
Having more numbness in my right foot again - my neurologist is moving to Columbia so I can't get in to see him here - I am taking all my meds as I am supposed to so I don't know what is causing it this time...
On the up side of things my trash & junk pile is almost gone as it has been picked over very well. You should have seen me yesterday when a guy actually asked me if he could plug a fan in to see if it works - I told him to get real as it was thrown in the junk/trash pile for a reason and if he took it he could not bring it back. I can't believe some people. He took it and left before i could tell him that it smoked and spit flames and blew the fuse box the last time I used it. Going out to the storage shed this weekend to see what I can throw out since I am in a decluttering mood.
Praying this mood lasts a long time as I have so much to get rid of.
