Eatin' Good Saturday....Yep, it almost killed me....

Ok, this is getting ridiculous!  My rear hurts!!!  And it's getting worse.  We did dance last night and I do pretty good if I don't bend over and I don't sit. Hard to live life like that!!  But all the docs will do is say it takes time.  I just wish I could get help with the pain.  Oh well....

 I went to breakfast with a friend this am and then came home and changed and went to the farm.  Blech.  But, we have made great progress.  Got the dining room cleared, and the kitchen and started on the spare bedroom.  We should be able to start moving the boxes from the storage units in by next weekend so I can start cleaning and pricing. 

Outta bed....coffee

Breakfast....1/2 of 3 egg omelet, 1/4 of 1/2 of english muffin and two bites of potatoes.

Snacks....protein bar and some nuts

Dinner....smoked sausage and 2 oz pork, 1/2 small baked potato

Thats all for me.  Oscar is pretty full but I need to drink some water.  My vits are great, I've been settin my alarm and it helps.

How did you all do today?  I know some of you are super busy with family and company.  I can't wait to get this sale over....I'm going visiting!   Need to go east, south and back to Washington to see my kid.

Yesterday was terrible for me, I was really hungry, but stayed with what I could have just snacked all day, piece a meat here a piece of cheese there and supper was the wonderful 20 bean soup,( or how ever many..lol),,I am going to really watch now because seems like food tastes so much better than it use too, whats going on?...vesta

Not much to really post about eating but I'll give it a go.  We are still on the clear liquids until Monday then its back to Liquids and protein shakes for 2 weeks.

Outta bed - Water and Chicken broth.

Snack - Water

Lunch - Water

Snack - Well this time we switched it up and had Crystal lite lemonade.

Supper - Well we had beef broth and the yummylicous water.

I've went ahead and had my protein shakes so as I get the protein I need, Susan will start those on Tuesday.
