Eatin' Good Friday....Let's Dance!!!

Hi all....just getting ready to head out the door and see how much we forgot this past week!  That's what we get for never practicing...

Outta bed....coffee.

Mid morning.....cereal, banana, milk

Lunch....leftover fajita taco salad

Snacks....protein balls

I will have a protein bar at dance class and then we eat out afterwards.  Water is pretty good and vits are right on track.  Oscar is a little picky today....he keeps feeling queasy.  Yuck.  So we'll see what happens at dinner.

How did you all do today?  Ready for some sunshine and warmer weather?  Lord knows I am.  It's possum wranglin' tomorrow!

out of bed.....glass of water and first vits at 6am
breakfast { Protein coffee  7am
snack ::::2 pieces of bacon patted dry
lunch:  one egg boiled
supper : 1/2 buritto with 1/2 cut chili on it
snach 1/2 dish of protein souffle 
 water is fine .,,vits are fine.....and i feel the same way a little nauseous  i guess i ate too much today

Evening....Another day gone....Im still freezing and ready for summer...
Breakfast~~ didnt have time...slept in thinking it was a day off...but got called in...
Lunch~~ a few cubes of cheese and a SF Jello
Snack~~ a slice of deli Turkey and 4 cubes of cheese
Dinner~~ A peice on Blacken Catfish about 2oz and 1 slice of tomato...yum,yum
Water's good...Vits not so good today...
Remember I told you all that this is gonna be one upset fat woman??? Weight this morning and up by 2lbs....Told you that would happen if I started eatting those 6 times a day....wont happen again!!!
So instead of breaking the stall I gain!! Whats up with that....
