Eatin' Good.....WOW!!! IT'S COLD......
Outta bed....coffee
Mid morning....pumpkin/banana souffle'
Snacks....2 protein balls
Mid afternoon....3 oz leftover steak and leftover baked potato.
Water is pretty good so far and vits are good, too. Just spent the day catching up on laundry and working on music...all the stuff that is impossible to do when he stays home.
How are you doing today? I know we have a lot of people in pain from the cold...hang in there, warm days are coming!

I did not do so well in the eating dept today...
but did have a bit of cheese and a chicken salad croissant pinwheel with cheese...
a cup of coffee this morning so will have to do a shake for sure tonight before I go to bed...
The queen bee's just left and Paul is getting ready to go to work so I will be alone for the evening... maybe if I can stay awake I will get this piece I found for you typed up and ready for the mail... if not I will fall asleep! ~tee hee
Vits all in...Water not good again today... and this is the first day since surgery that REALLY did NOT want to go out and walk... and it took about 1/2 way till I really got into it and chop chopped! ~ha I was just tired and cold today... I really think I might be anemic I just feel real run down some of the time... I have labs drawn in about 3 weeks so I guess I will know more then?
What instrument do you play? Does Mark play one as well? Sounds like fun!
Going to try and get a good amount of water in this evening... just got to do better at that....

You are down, aren't you? Here's a big ol' hug for you {{{{{{BEC}}}}}} Did you feel it? I wouldn't be surprised if you're a bit anemic. I know that Dr. Hoehn has a lot of blood drawn so he can catch anything that is going on. Glad you will find out soon. I also think you are exhausted from the busy couple of weeks you've had. Try to get a little rest....easier said than done!
Mark plays bass guitar and our pastor plays acoustic. They like to have a keyboard and the young lady who plays (albeit poorly) now will be leaving soon for college. Mark wants me to play with him. I have no talent but I can play along if I know the chords and the song. So I started learning how they play last night. It was fun but it is going to be a lot of work.

Thought I would start back up on this thread and try to keep my self on track....and see how things go.....
Talked to Margie yesterday....and Yes she had a few stearn words for me....( I see ya all smiling ) My question to her was about uping my B-12 and could I have a salad....well she told me no on the salad and Yes to the B-12...and then asked me if I was eatting....I said yes but not nearly enough....(see I didnt fib)lol...so of course she told me to do all the things that you all have said....and that I need to be eatting at least 6 times a day...WHAT!!! NO WAY!!!
Anyway....so I did try to do that today....so here it goes......
Breakfast~~ Protein Hot Choc.....YEAH it stay's down this time....
Snack~~ Cheese and a few bites of chicken peices
Lunch~~ About 2 bites of Meatloaf, and a bite of boiled potato
Snack~~ Cheese and a slice of deli turkey and a half of a protein bar...it stayed down too this time....
Dinner~~ Taco Bell....just the inside of a chicken burrito
All I can say is that I feel like a stuffed Turkey on Thanksgiving....I dont know how Im going to keep eatting all of this....and If I gain....this is "one short fat woman" thats not going to be happy!!
Water is way good and Vits...one more set to go....
Ok so do you think it was too much....Is it the right stuff.....what should I change....Im really worried now for reasons I really dont want to get into right now...I dont think Im too far past the help line yet....what's ya think....

We all understand the difficulty of trying to get the amount required. You actually did very well and you are still so new that you are going to be fine. My theory is that if you feel overly full back off on the amounts just a tad to give your pouch time to adjust and stretch. The goal is for the pouch to slowly stretch a little bit over time. You've had a rough time from the get go so it's ok to give yourself a little time.
You have lost amazingly fast for a lightweight....your body may decide to stall for a bit or even gain a tiny bit as it adjusts to the new way you are eating. DON'T PANIC!!! You still have the tool and you will be able to teach your body who is boss. Not eating at all is not the way and you know that.
Go back to the basics as many times as you need in order to relearn and you will get the results you are looking for. Please don't worry anymore...your overall health is too important. Love you!
