I posted my new blog and new 5 month pics, thanks for the sweet comments, I really apreciate the thoughts.  You know people try to make this sound like its the easiest thing to do but its hard, it really is hard. I hope everyone is enjoying this beautiful day! Thanks! LOU (~.~)

Susan you are going to do awesome! I'm so excited for you.  Time will fly by and you'll be on your way soon.  If you need anything let me know.  ;)  We have a great store in Springfield that sells all high protien low card foods, protein drinks, bars.  Its on reublic road and fremont its called Healthy weight supermarket, they also ship healthy-weightsupermarket.com  they are awesome!
