WHATS HAPPENING SUNDAY
Not long now!!! I am so happy for you!!! I have alot of trouble with my sugar getting too low. Has gone as low as 32. That was scary! I called an spoke to Margie about it and she told me to keep Life Savers (the regular ones) with me at all times and I have to chew two of them to get my sugar back up. It works really fast. They only have two grams of sugar so they don't bother me at all. The protein drinks are great if you can get to them but sometimes it isn't convenient, so the Life Savers has just been that!

Extended Tummy Tuck with KU Residency Program
01/08/2010 ....Lost another 7 lbs with TT.
Good Afternoon,
We just finished lunch and thought I would pop on.
We had good church service this morning, sometimes I question me being the adult Sunday school teacher. Dennis preached a good service too.
Thank you Andy for the info,
do you have to have a referral for Columbia?
Do you have the telephone #?
I am partly guilty because I have drank diet coke
I really need to do something.
I still suffer from depression, guess I probably always will, they have changed me to Zoloft.
It is suppose to give me a little energy, I do pray for that.
With the depression of course I don't exercise enough, it kinda all goes together with the fibromyalgia and my back which I still have pain from. Makes me wonder why I had the back surgery? But then I remember what the surgeon said if I didn't have it done that in the not to distant future it might put me in a wheelchair.
Hopefully I will try to get back on track.
Vesta I am so sorry about your fur baby, I have got 3 little doggies and 2 cats and it would just kill me if something happened to one of them, I will pray for his complete recovery.
God Bless everyone.
Brenda
Life is too short to wake up with regrets.
So love the people who treat you right..
Forget about the one's who don't.
Believe everything happens for a reason.
If you get a second chance, grab it with both hands.
If it changes your life, let it.
Nobody said life would be easy,
they just promised it would be worth it.
Here is the number to Missouri Bariatrics 573-882-5673. I doubt you need a referal, I had been talking to Margie about my situation and Dr. H went ahead and refered me there because they have several options available where he doesnt. Just tell them your situation and they will most likely get you in to see Dr. Suttemoller, he's good. I know you can get back on track, if I can anyone can, its not easy but you can do it with the Lords help. You main thing is getting off that soda, besides stretching the pouch it also makes ya hungry, which I didnt know. My main thing I did was get on that 5 day pouch test and get my pouch to working properly, after that I just went back to basics, started from week one and worked my way up as if I had just had the surgery. Im actually doing that now, Susan is on the two week diet for her surgery so I thought might as well do it too, sure cant hurt, also I've been walking faithfully every day, it really helps too. I'll tell ya, again its not easy but with determination you can do it.
Tell Dennis we said hi, hopefully we'll catch ya guys sometime this summer when we go down that way for a visit.
Bless ya,
Andy
hello sis and all other oh'ers
hope this finds everyone fine and dandy. Ive been busy and not spending much time on the pc...it is good to see everyone chatting back and forth tho.
I seem to stay so busy with the grandkids and then church stuff that I dont have time to do the other things I want to do.
I am still going to the gym about 4 days a week.
I do have my little guest room done now so if anyone needs a bed sometime when this way....
Dont know much to say to everyone since ive been off line for so long I feel lost. love you all still tho...Sugar
GOD is my ROCK! SUGAR
I never thought about swimsuits stretching when they are wet so I guess I will get a new one. I have a brand new one but it is a size 22. It seemed like it would work except the bust is way to big. Lets you know where I have lost the most.
I posted some four month pictures if anyone wants to look. I still see all the fat but I will admit I have lost nine inches off my hips. That sounds like more than it looks like but its something.
I loved the weather today. I wish I could have spent time outside. We had a late night last night and then church this morning and I went to a rubber stamp party this afternoon. Its getting a little chilly out there for me now. We are downstairs in the basement and I am freezing. DH is sitting in a short sleeve tee-shirt and feels comfortable.
Bec I am coming to Sedalia on Thursday for an appointment and to check on Marilin. Maybe we can meet up.
Enjoy whats left of Sunday.
What a beautiful Sunday it was. Glad to see so many of you were able to enjoy the day today. I thought I would pipe in and start getting to know all of you a little better.
Someone made a comment about a mole problem. We have the same issue, and a gentleman I work with said that his landscaper said if you have moles, you have grubs, because that is what the moles eat. We didnt have them when we moved in last May. We had ticks horribly though, treated the yard for them, then this winter mole central, you about break your ankle because of all of the mounds. We bought Grub control today, I am hoping the weather holds out till Thursday so I can apply it to the yard on my day off. I will let you know how it works out. If they would eat all the crab grass and weeds I may be a little more tolerable of the lil buggers.

I had spring fever so bad today, the PX had their flowers and such for sale. So I just had to buy a grape vine ( I know I most likely will not be able to ever eat them but hubby and the kids love them), asparagus, and some flowers to jazz up our boring flower beds. I am so looking forward to spring.
As much as I am wishing this liquid portion of the diet had more variety. I have lost 9 lbs. And only have to deal with slim fast for 6 more days. WOO HOO!!!

Well I hope all of you have a great Monday. Take Care
